    John was not honest about the car being late. I ended up getting a taxi and would not suggest Big Mama's to anyone.

    Great ride to our resort

    The worst

    This service was a joke. We paid double the going rate thinking we’d get great service. Instead, the driver was not there when we arrived and we had to call to find out where they were. It took at least 20 minutes before they showed up. When the car arrived, it was literally the size of a Smart car, looked like it was falling apart, and was filthy dirty. The driver was pleasant, but overall we felt like we had been majorly ripped off. I booked this through Viator and have always had a great experience using them, but this was far from a good experience. Viator, you need to rethink this one.

    The transfer was great. We had an hour flight delay and despite that we had no issue with our transfer, they were already waiting for us in front of the airport. Our driver Ron was great and very friendly! The price is great too for having a private transfer. We tried booking for our way back to the airport but everything was already sold out so make sure you book in advance!
