Airport Arrivals: After you clear Customs at the Commercial Airport, you chauffeur will greet you at the exit doors with a sign with your name on it. Cruise Port Pick up. Please proceed to the Port Main Exit gates. You chauffeur will be at the gates with a sign with your name on it. Airport Departures: Hotel pick ups. Your chauffeur will meet you at the hotel's bell desk at your pick up time.

1 star, we had spoken numerous times about our arrival time and needing two car seats. Once arriving in the Bahamas the company was not at the airport, another company had to call them. They arrived about 45min late, but not from Simon’s company. They called someone else to pick us up. They had 0 car seats, so we had to wait an additional 20min on a car seat. Which only one arrived not two. The new driver had no idea we were supposed to have a grocery store stop which we paid for. When contacting the company they said they tried to call us, a 3 second call but left no voicemail to let us know they messed up and a driver would not be at the airport for us. Granted we had this booked for months because of traveling with a toddler and infant. Then when contacting the company they just wanted to continue to tell us they tried to let us know they wouldn’t be at the airport. That they tried to contact us. But didn’t leave a message or contact us back on the app. I would not recommend if you have children or need car seats

Our driver was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the island. We had to change one of our flights due to a delay and they were easy to contact and get the pickup time changed.

Keith was great! He was very knowledgeable of the island and friendly. He waited patiently while we bought our groceries and gave us a history lesson along the way. My husband and I enjoy learning the history of the places we visit.

Our driver was Keith, for both airport pickup and hotel pickup. Keith was early for both of our pick ups. He was so friendly and very informative. He literally gave us a tour of where everything was and the history of the Bahamian culture within our drive from airport to the resort! I asked him to drop us off at the grocery store and he was happy to do so. I even mention how I wanted fresh coconut water and Keith parked up to a nearby coconut stand without me even asking and I was able to buy one! Then when he pick us up at our hotel to go to airport he took backroads to ditch the heavy traffic roads so we can make it on time for our airport departure. Overall Keith was amazing! My fiancé and I would definitely request for him again!

The ride was excellent, Gerald the driver was excellent. You can tell he loves what he does. He was very helpful and assisted us in anything we needed. Never rushed us and that made everyone felt relaxed. Thank you Gerald for a wonderful ride from the airport!

Great service

Roosevelt picked us up on time, right where we expected. He detoured around the traffic near downtown and gave us a scenic and enlightening tour. Because they had a very busy schedule, our grocery stop was delayed a few hours, but they sent another driver to pick us up at our resort. This worked out fine because it allowed us to check in and have lunch after a very early morning flight. Definitely worth the price and would use this service again.

Our driver was excellent and the luxury SUV was as advertised. He handled our luggage with care, drove safely, and even shared his knowledge of Bahamian history while en route to our hotel. It was a very pleasant 20 minute drive after a hectic day of traveling.

Great experience! Driver was very friendly and imparted history of the islands and the area while transporting 6 adults from the Nassau Airport to our Airbnb on Paradise Island. Very helpful having a grocery stop on the way.

Our driver was Keith. Despite explicitly asking the driver to stop by the supermarket at pick up, he did not. Instead just pointed out a supermarket when he dropped us off at the hotel. He also didn't offer any water. Otherwise the car was cleaed and it was a smooth ride.
