Overview
Noted as the ‘Queen of the Carribees’, a tour of Nevis Island is a must do on any Caribbean holiday. We loved walking around with Lyall and Learning about all the local plants and fruits. Particularly interesting with seeing all of the different animals he keeps and tends to. We eat at a couple of local snack, shacks, and tried some local drinks. All in all, it was fun, informative, and a great way to experience local culture.

The most memorable part of this tour was meeting Greg! His enthusiasm for teaching us about Nevis made the experience even better. The island is beautiful and a different experience from ST Kitts. Give Greg and NST a call.

The tour guide did not show up for the tour. There was no notification of the cancellation and no response to the multiple messages I sent (at the time the tour was to start, 15 minutes after the scheduled time, and 30 minutes after the scheduled time) until several hours after the tour. I also called the listed phone number as did a local taxi driver, but there was no answer. This was very disappointing as I booked my trip to St. Kitts and Nevis to be sure I was on Nevis on Tuesday so I could join this tour. I have not yet received a refund for this tour either which the guide said she would address. Very unsatisfactory from both the tour company and Viator (with whom I have had many excellent experiences).

Firstly, I'd like to thank Derek for his patience as we were presented with travel challenges on the day of our tour, which meant we arrived later than planned.
The tour was informative and insightful and provided me, especially, with further knowledge of the sister island to St Kitts.
I had done two tours previously by road but a walking tour gives a slightly different perspective.
