      My family had the best afternoon! We'd highly recommend this excursion. Swimming with the pigs was fun, they were adorable and we each had plenty of one on one time with them. The snorkeling was AMAZING, the captain knew the prefect spot. 2 more island stops were just cherries on the top. The crew took photos for us and gave us so much info on the island.

      Absolute crap to match the pigs doing that in the water this tour was horrible and stressful.

      Tour guide didnt show up at the tour. Then when he did late he cancelled the whole thing. Had us repay him in CASH. He wanted a higher rate than the online one. Then when we rescheduled for afternoon he pushed us onto a different tour. Then when we got to pig island more money was requested from that guide saying we didnt pay for the pigs. Complete garbage that we had it all included and then to cancel, reschedule, demand cash, then redemand more payment.

      Am so sorry you experience a bad time but it didn’t make since carrying out 2 person so I sent you on a different excursion because you said you really wanted to go and you didn’t pay me you paid the owner of the next excersion and you paid him 350 for both of you guys my site is 190 per person so I don’t no where you get you paid more from. once again on behalf of Tanda tours we are sorry

      We booked this trip for our family of 4, including our two children under 5. We arrived at the marina just before 9am. There was no sign of our captain, despite asking around. We waited around with two other families who had also booked onto the 9am departure with Tand A Tours. We tried calling repeatedly, when we eventually got through we were told the boat had departed without us at 9am. This was simply untrue, all three families were there before 9am and at no point did our captain ever arrive or call out our trip. We rang back and were told that they would try and call the captain to turn the boat around. We carried on waiting. We called again to be told the captain could not be reached and the trip would be cancelled. No apology. We waited in the car park for 1hr and 45m in the boiling sun. We managed to book onto another trip with S2S for that afternoon (which was amazing!) but the other two families were on a cruise and didn't have time to book another trip. When we asked S2S about T and A Tours they said they had terrible customer service' Would only recommend if you want to run the risk of spending the best part of 2 hours in car park and never seeing a boat.

      This is not true the captain /owner had and death in his family so that’s why it was hard for us to get to everyone it was the night before your excersion am so sorry we do apologies

      We were supposed to go at 9am. We showed up and the captain said he didn’t want to take us out because we were a party of 5 ( he knew this) but said he would take us later. We had to take taxis both ways and then come back. Very I professional. Should have canceled and gotten my money back instead

I wish I had been more thorough with you guys as to what I was up against so that you could’ve had a better understanding as to why it was difficult to accommodate you nonetheless I did my best as it relates to the excursion itself.       Wow, what a great trip! The guys were so accommodating for our group. We saw cool fish, sea turtles, & adorable pigs on our trip. The boat music was perfect. Snacks & drinks were yummy. The good vibes were flowing. We had an unforgettable time! Thank you TandA Tours!
