Hello thank you for your support, I’m so sorry that this had happened to you. But I was advised by the sales agent that you booked Sunday at 10am and the weather was bad so he asked you if you don’t mind going out the next day along with another group, if you do you can cancel now. You failed to do , you then went ahead on the tour. so he also mentioned that you did everything you ask him to do and plus he give you an extra hour on the tour. Another group did book on Monday and it’s was only a 2pm pigs showing so the captain made a decision to put everyone together because both parties didn’t wanted to cancel. Our company policy doesn’t give a refund after 24hrs before the tour , but we give you the option to cancel on the day of the tour but you didn’t. It was only until after the tour you asked for 50% of your money back which is totally unfair when you already went on the tour , and did everything you wanted and get the captain to do everything you asked him to do! Once again thank you and I promise you this won’t happen again!
