Begin this Niagara Falls helicopter tour at the heliport at the end of Victoria Avenue across the street from the Whirlpool Rapids in Niagara Falls. Meet the tour’s expert pilot and climb on board a 7-passenger Airbus H130 helicopter, featuring windows big enough to take great pictures.

Buckle up and get ready for lift off. Then enjoy the view from above all of Niagara’s natural and manmade attractions, flying directly over top of the American and Bridal Veil Falls, then along the curve of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Great day for a ride

We had a clear day, and the views were amazing. I was hoping that the photographer would take a quick picture of me and my husband with my cell phone, but she was unwilling to do that. We had to pose with other passengers and then pay a lot of money for a printed photo afterward (if we wanted a picture). Also, there were no ear muffs to wear for ear protection during the flight — even though the recording on the helicopter referred to them.

Discrimination

The views were the most memorable. I was in line first to board the helicopter, alone, and a senior citizen. There were only two other people, both young men. I was ushered to the furthest back seat and not even spoken to. This is called age discrimination. These men were my weight and height. I was singled out because of my age, and treated in a discriminatory manner.

Epic trip and view of the Falls

This was a very slick operation. We arrived at 1215, only had to wait 10 minutes before the helicopter was back before it was our turn. Everyone, ground staff, pilots, reception staff were so lovely and friendly. We had great weather and so we got a great view and pictures . You get your photo taken outside the helicopter and one sitting inside that you can purchase if you want to. You can take pictures and video yourself, you just cant use a selfie stick to do it. Excellent value for money. Felt very safe and informed.

Very bad customer service. No communication. They told us to go home because the clouds were low and they will give us a call once the airplane or the clouds were high enough. Never received any phone call. Still waiting on my refund really bad customer service.
