Johnny was an excellent guide!! Extremely knowledgeable and informative. Friendly, new how to skip the ques and the best places for vantage points for photos!! Went beyond what's expected as a guide. I know. I'm also a guide in Australia....did a fantastic job. I'd do this tour again just to hang out with him.

Book this tour! Tom was the best and full of a lot of information and laughs. We came from Buffalo and walked over to a hotel on Niagara. We got to experience all views of the Falls and the buffet was really good too! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent Tour Guide, Tom, who lived in the area his whole life. He was friendly and it was a very efficient way to see so many different different parts of the Niagara Falls experience.

What a bust this was

Where to begin? It started that we sat in the lobby way past the time of pickup. As Tom continued to pick up people he forgot to stop at a hotel and had to go back. When we finally got the last pick up, he had more people than expected. As we enjoyed the start of the tour, we found out our behind the falls reservation was cancelled. So we moved to our next stop, the boat ride. He dropped us off and never told us where to meet him after the ride was done. The ride itself was awesome but Tom’s lack of organization was a huge problem. After the boat ride, he told us we had an hour for lunch. Lunch was never to be part of the originally planned 4 hour tour. So we had to scramble to find lunch in under an hour on eclipse weekend - it was a mess. After we managed to grab a quick bite, he tío bus to a few more places. At one stop, he left behind a couple who told him they were running in to the shop. He acknowledged it then left anyway. We were 10 minutes away before he realized thanks to our help that we were missing people. We went back and got them. Then he told us there was no time left for the behind the falls part of the tour. He dropped us off at the tower and gave us our tickets for the tower and the behind the falls. We ended up doing a LOT of walking that wasn’t planned because we had to walk all mover the place to enter the attractions we paid for that were to be part of the tour. My husband was asking with a cane due to hip issues and we were not planning to walk nearly as much as we did. It was horrible!!!!!!!! I’ve used Viator many times and this is not Viator’s issue directly, but they partner with this company and it was a terrible terrible experience

We had John and our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I enjoyed all the history, stories and knowledge he had of the falls and he did an excellent job keeping the kids attention as well (5 and 9). He made the experience an unforgettable one and I would highly recommend anyone visiting the falls go on this tour with John!

Seeing it all in Niagra Falls

We were picked up at the hotel and spent the day sightseeing everywhere. The driver/tour guide amazed us with his knowledge and driving skills as he got us to all the points of interest on the tour without a hitch. We highly recommend this tour for those who are only in Niagra for a day or so. You will get the most out of your stay this way.

The Falls are beautiful and it is very exciting to get so close to them. The lines moved quite quickly. However our guide, although very nice, wasn’t the most knowledgeable tour guide we’ve ever had. He was also hard to understand over the speaker.

This was a really fun and informative tour. It was well organized and our guide, Tom, was great! He was easy to be around and very knowledgeable about the history of the Falls. He noted at beginning that the tour is slotted for 4-5 hours but that it would go longer. I would recommend that tour details be updated to note it for longer as it was at least 6 hours. If you had other things planned right after, you could miss or be late for them. Pay the extra to have lunch included! We did not do that and we had to battle lines and waiting which cut into our lunch time. My favorite activity was the boat ride into the Falls. Prepare to get wet! I thought the price point was great for this tour. I would highly recommend.
