    Best way to get an overview of Nuremberg

    Great way to get an overview of a beautiful city without spending much money. The narration was informative and the buses were on schedule. I wish they picked up every 30 minutes instead of once an hour.
    Vendor did not contact us when we were too late arriving into Nuremberg.

    I sent your company an email saying that our plane would be very late. We finally arrived in Nuremberg at 3:00pm to our hotel. I never heard back from your company with my request to give us tickets for the next day December 16. We lost our ability to take your excursion. And you did not offer us any help.

    They have booked with Viator and will also need to cancel or rebook their tickets there. We are just the service provider, you have to complain to Viator.
    The bus tour was informative and enjoyable. It just didn't run often in November.

    The bus was good, but we weren't sure what corner to catch the bus, and we just missed it in the morning. We had to wait 2 hours for the next bus. The bus doesn't run often in Nov. Once we got on the bus, it was very informative and we enjoyed it.

    In the low season, such as in November, we run according to the winter timetable. Unfortunately, the occupancy rate here is very poor, which is why we are not running at full capacity.

    The HOHO bus is a great was to get a nice overview of the city. We got on at the main train station as we came from Munich. Our train from a Munich was over 1 hour delayed, so it was nice that the HOHO bus is so flexible!

    Driver very friendly. The only issue is the German is so loud it can be hard to hear in the headphones in other languages but not a major issue.

    The driver didn’t give us time to make stops like it was promise on the tour. She was more worry about making the schedule. The whole concep of HopOn-HopOff gets totally lost!

    Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Die Fahrgäste haben genügend Zeit sich zu melden, ob Sie an den Haltestellen, den Bus verlassen möchten. Es gibt genügend Informationsmaterial, um schon im Vorhinein zu klären, ob oder wann man Aussteigen möchte.

    during our time that we reserved for the trip on a Sunday the bus only made 3 stops instead of the normal 6 or more. Was disappointing

    Wir fahren trotz mehreren Baustellen und Umleitung alle unsere 6 Haltestellen planmäßig an. Bei der letzten Runde um 15:30 Uhr ab Hauptbahnhof fahren wir laut Winterfahrplan nur noch bis Hauptmarkt. (Sprich 5 Haltestellen)

    Il racconto di ogni staziene e monumento è stato esaustivo ed circostanziato correttamente alle varie epoche della città; il transito con pullman giallo, nella piazza dove fu visto per la prima volta Kaspar Hauser, mi ha emozionato molto in quanto sono uno studioso di questo personaggio e periodo della storia Germanica
