What To Expect

Ride high above the verdant canopy of Ocho Rios' rainforest on this family-friendly ecotour. Board a fun, safe, chairlift that ascends to 700 feet (215 meters) above sea level for fantastic views of Ocho Rios, the tropical forest and the turquoise sea that lies beyond. Be sure to bring your camera for frame-worthy photos.

Zipline Option:

Upgrade your excursion to zoom down a zipline course further into the tropical forest. Listen as your guides share information about Jamaica's flora and fauna while ensuring your safety and comfort. Leap between platforms to experience this almost vertical descent over a course of 550 feet (170 meters.) After your adventure in the humid jungle, hit the waterslide to cool off.

Explore Jamaica's rainforest on this environmentally-friendly excursion, with options appropriate for families and people of all levels of ability. Hotel pickup and drop-off are available as an upgrade.

Dunns River Kirk Campbell (K.C) was an awesome tour guide. The water and views were refreshing. I would definitely recommend having good water shoes for this excursion. Mystic mountain had great food for purchase and help fulfill my lifelong dream of bobsleding. All of the rides were fun especially the sky lift. Would definitely do this excursion again if I'm ever to visit Jamaica again. Enjoy

Nice experience, well organized and worth the cost

It was well organized and everything went off without a hitch. The bobsled ride was amazing but of course, too short. The chairlift to the top of the mountain was nice and very Scenic and relaxing. Dunn's River Falls was beautiful and the guides there were fantastic and nobody fell and hurt themselves, so I would have to call it a great success!!

Better Than We Imagined

This experience was so very fun! We stopped for souvenir shopping on the way to Mystic Mountain. After riding the sky explorer up the mountain we did the bobsled and Raggamuffin, then had lunch before doing the zip line course and heading down to the bus. It was a short ride to Dunn’s River Falls where we climbed the waterfall then boarded the bus for the trip back to the hotel. We didn’t have time for a few of the activities at Mystic Mountain, but we were ok with that. There was just a lot packed in and we had to make a lot of hotel stops. We did get to do the main things we wanted so we were not disappointed. We were also delayed by rain, but when the downpour let up they let us do the zip line which was quite the experience! It was wet and cool and we got a bit dirty, so we ended up just doing the falls in our clothes since they were already wet through and there was little time to change. The best thing was everyone we met on the adventure was sooo nice and helpful. From our leader Jamilia and bus driver Orlando, to the zip line guides and the guides at the falls, they were outstanding! (Bring more tip $ than you think you’ll need as you’ll want to tip them all!)

Disappointing tour

We were hoping to do the bobsled ride at Mystic Mountain however, the park was extremely busy that day so we were not able to do the bobsled. No fault of our extremely rude bus driver. But perhaps the ticketing method should be reviewed so that everyone gets the full experience and what they pay for. Dunn's River Falls was an awesome part of this tour and would recommend that part of the tour. Perhaps with a private tour guide and not the same bus driver.

A must do activity!

First was the mountain lift, which was very peaceful and a great view. Once we got up to the mountain, we rode the bobsled ride (very fast and fun), the ragamuffin, and did zip lining (thrilling). After that we were taken to Dunn’s River falls which was incredible! Climbing the falls was so fun! This activity should definitely be on your MUST do list!

Jamaica Sky Explorer and Optional Zip Line Tour

The problem was with transport. When we arrived on 7/20, our hotel the Samsara Resort was not at all like it was advertised. We moved the following morning to Catch A Falling Star for the remainder of our Jamaica stay. We also, immediately, on Monday the 21st contacted Viator about the change in location for our pick up. On Thursday, July 25, no one picked us up. When we contacted the vendor and there was nothing we could do...so we had to pay $320 to a cab driver to get us to the excursion, wait for us, and drive us back.

This was totally awesome. I recommend doing all 3 rides at mystic mountain. Ziplining was so much fun! You got to see an incredible view of the rainforest and beach with the canopy ride. The bobsled was also fun!
