Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was late so I tried texting, calling and what's app. 20 minutes later they replied that I was going to have to take a taxi. Driver supposedly had a flat. They should've proactively contacted me if that was the case (or at least answered messages sooner than 20 minutes!). They had one job - to pick me up - and couldn't even manage that.
