Please take note that we do not offer pickup services for a single Jet Ski machine. Kindly ensure to check your email. After making a booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. It will contain all the necessary details.

  • The activity is not guaranteed if the sea condition is rough, and your activity will be rescheduled as per the next availability. For safety reasons, mobile phones are strictly prohibited while operating the jet ski on the water.
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Workers were attentive, chill and made sure that you felt prepared and comfortable to mount the Jet Ski. Me and my friend got there early and they gave us a choice if we wanted to go ahead of our time slot, which was nice. Located on Eagle Beach where there aren’t any crowds around so you get to enjoy your time without being too cautious on the waters of others. Highly recommend as I did it twice with the same company in 2022 and a few days ago.

Great service and equipment but the water is just too rough for a pleasant jet ski ride. Goggles are a must to keep the salt water out of your face and eyes.

Hotel pick up was a few minutes late but otherwise the driver was great! Check in was seamless and then right out to the beach where our Jet Ski waited. Simple instructions and the weather was perfect! Overall a 10/10

Make sure you know how to use a jet ski

Overall the experience was fine except for 4 of my friends fell off the jet skis and they didn't see them to come help them. They were in the water 10 minutes. Someone should be periodically watching and making sure their riders are safe. I'm glad no one got hurt.

Laid Back Operation

Had a blast. This is a very laid back operation… Very little instruction and the you’re off on your own. This is not a guided tour, it’s a half hour use of a jet ski. I had used one before but for my partner who had not it was a little over whelming. Prepare to get wet!!! The machines were in great shape and easy to get on and off. Overall I really enjoyed it…

I had a horrible experience for Jet Ski Booking. They booked me through local Jet Ski and told me to get in touch with them. They send me an email that they’re going to pick me up from my hotel at 11 AM but nobody showed up to pick me up. I tried calling them for 45 minutes. No one picked up the phone And picked up the phone saying that they are sending a driver. I waited another 30 minutes and driver did not come. I will not recommend this to anyone. I ruined my whole day. I don’t want anyone else to get same experience so I will not recommend it

Not a good experience! Spend your hard earn money else where. Jet Ski rental canceled multiple times. Rebooked multiple times. Felt lied too...Asked for a full refund. Please book somewhere else.

Pickup was a few minutes late, but chill out man this is vacation. Crew was great and so was the experience. Well maintained vehicle from the cruise port to the beach and back. A quick release and a very short briefing and we were out on the water. Plenty of room to roam and an attended safe place to store our stuff. We probably could have hung out for a long time at the beach before getting a ride back to the port. We'll try that next time. Chill but professional crew, good equipment, and a ton of fun.
