Overview
This experience combines a tour of the Madonna del Latte winery just outside Orvieto with generous wine tastings. Take a guided walk through the vineyards and learn about the winery’s growing methods. Then, head to the wine and barrel cellars, the latter of which was carved into tuff-stone thousands of years ago. After the tour, taste five house-made wines and local cheeses including organic goat cheese from a nearby farm.

This was a fantastic experience. Leon was very informative and very nice the tour. The winery was amazing. The wines were even better and the charcuterie from local farmers was excellent as well. A must do experience for anyone in that area.

Warm, welcoming to the family vineyard. Great experience. Food and wine were explained well. Was able to meet the owners young children (7 weeks old and 2 yo) as well!

We loved seeing the ancient cave and learning the techniques Leon uses at the winery. Leon explained everything in a manner we understood. The local cheeses and meats were an added bonus to us. We love supporting local farmers.
