We're sorry that you didn't have a good experience. There are always 2 sides to a story. As you cancelled only 30 minutes before the first tour departure, we tried to first, follow your suggestion of an alternative tour 3 days later, then you changed your mind and wanted a tour the next day at a time when there wasn't a tour, but we would have created one for you had you given us enough notice. As you said, we gave you options, we tried to help.
