It seems clear to me that there was a small misunderstanding. Here are some clarifications:
Choice of purchase: All details of our service are exposed in a transparent manner. Before proceeding, you had plenty of time to evaluate and decide if it was the experience you were looking for. No one pushed you to buy our service.
Freedom to interrupt: At any time on the tour, if you felt dissatisfied, you were free to interrupt the experience. We would have understood and provided for a refund. However, you have chosen to continue, hopefully admiring the 3 hour and half of scenic beauty of Palermo.
Consumption: I'm glad you enjoyed our vehicle, but it seems that you neglected the well-kept amenity that accompanied it.
ou have consumed the Prosecco, Coca-Cola, tea, oranges, juices, chips, dried fruit, water and other snacks that are part of our standard.
Expectations: This is critical. Although our drivers have knowledge about Palermo and can share anecdotes, they are mainly drivers, not certified historians or bilingual tour guides.
The centrepiece of our service is to offer a unique driving experience, presenting the places of interest in Palermo.
Value of the offer: Regarding the cost, to put things in perspective: a simple Uber Van from the centre of Palermo to Mondello for a 20-minute journey costs 60 euros. Or the "gnuri", who for an hour asks for 80 euros and transports a maximum of three people, often at the expense of the welfare of horses.
You, on the other hand, have been aboard a Mercedes unique in the world with a private licensed chauffeur for 3 hour and half, itinerary and consumptions.

I forgot that smoking,you smoking without permission and burned a piece of upholstery and left the car very dirty wine on the floor beer on the floor crisps in the seats etc
