Tranqil after the first flight in our two step trip. Quiet. staff very attentive and helpful, Offered a neck and shoulder massage. Showers were available too. Food was well presented with plenty of salad vegetables and fresh fruit. Seats with charging statins available. Chairs were comfortable. Could not fault our experience in the lounge

Spent money for lounge that I was to inconvenient to use.

I paid for this lounge but did not go to it because it is outside of the secure area. I was transiting through Kuala lampur and would have to go through passport control and exit the secure area requiring me to go through security again to get to my gate. I was under the impression it would be near the gates. I have asked for a refund. Anyone think I'll actually get it? I ended up paying for a different lounge because I like to shower daily and it had already been a 24 hour trip with a long flight to Seoul awaiting. Unless you are familiar with the airport you are going to or do some serious research I recommend you wait until you get to the airport to buy lounge access.

SCAM!!! The lounge is outside of the transit area and they don't tell you in the description. DO NOT BOOK THIS LOUNGE. They keep your money and blame you for not turning up. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Comfortable for a long stay over. Expensive however while the food was plentiful there was no variation in cuisine so for those who prefer something other than Malaysian food don’t bother and a small glass of wine was $14 aud which is not covered by $130 per person charge.

After an active day in downtown KL my wife and I were desperate to get out of our clammy clothes and refresh ourselves and the shower facilities didn’t fail to deliver! Spotlessly clean with complimentary items such as razor, comb, toothbrush and paste as well as high quality shower gels. We both agreed that the shower was bang on! The food and beverages were, sadly, not to a similar standard. Described as cosmopolitan AND Malay buffet, the food was poor in my opinion with limited choice. The non-alcoholic drinks were unlimited but we’re only available in grubby plastic thimble sized glasses. The lounge was busy, the Wi-Fi was free and there were some secluded areas that did allow for some much needed relaxation. I paid +£80 for this 3 hour opportunity. I’m not sure I’d pay this amount again just for a shower at this facility again.

I have tried to contact multiple times to cancel as there was delay with flight. I have made a request for refund. Waiting for approval.No answer when needed.

Very very dirty toilets. The toilets in the main terminals are much cleaner than what they were here in the lounge. The food available was very mediocre for the amount you pay you can get much tastier and fresher food from outside. The staff seem to be rushed off their feet because other users just leave plates and tables very messy! Felt sorry for the staff though!
Unfortunate Lounge Experience at KL airport

We purchased 12 hours as our plane landed just after midnight on October 26 from Sabah, Malaysia via Malaysian Airlines. We we departed KL around noon on October 26 via Eva Airlines. Malaysian Airlines from Sabah to KL is a domestic flight and one must check for international flight to take tram to International terminal. We flew out of KL to Taipei on Eva Airlines but the Eva Airlines counter was closed until 9 AM so we could not get on the tram to the international terminal and therefore to the lounge until about 10 AM or just over 2 hours before our flight to Taiwan. In addition, I was very impressed with the KL lounge 3 years ago and this is why we booked without for this trip. We had difficulty finding the lounge despite going to the airport information kiosks twice. I have a question. Check your records because there may be two lounges at the KL airport. The lounge we finally went to was a big step down from the one experienced 3 years ago. In addition to a significant drop in snack quality the men’s toilet was out of order. I presented our purchase papers to the lounge we visited and the told us this was the lounge but later I read there may be a “premium “ lounge more like we experienced 3 years ago. So that was my experience. I understand you have no control over Eva Airlines counter hours but you could have a warning about ticket counter hours in the domestic terminal and tram access to the international terminal and your lounge. Hope this helps your operations as I’ve had business operations in the past and understand how difficult it is to keep things satisfactory.

It could’ve been no seats were available ,45 minute wait for a shower ,soft drinks were hot glasses from the bar were hot ,asked for ice in the glass and got looked at strange by the Barman ,air conditioning wasn’t working. Gotout of there as soon as possible would like some feedback or a refund And they’ were still taking money of people waiting to get in. probably a health and safety issue with that many people or a fire hazard.

Over crowded lucky to get a seat, normal arm chairs no recliners, food choice terrible, chicken, rice noodles, spaghetti, dishes left every where, we spent 7 hours and no new food choices, so you had same food , if you asked for cake you got 1 tiny peice, this has to be the worst lounge we have ever been in, we paid nearly £100 qnd ended up going out to buy food. I would deff not recommend this lounge

Worth booking for long haul flights or if you have more than a 2 hour stop over. Showers are clean with hot water. You have to book the shower once in the lounge and keep an eye on it, they need a better system than the attendant as they are unreliable. The breakfast is stogey fry up food or high sugar cereal. Only fruit is an apple. After being on a plane for 13 plus hours the last thing you want is more stogey food. Not alot is open outside the lounge if you arrive before 8am. Definitely a more comfortable setting than the terminal. I had a 4 hour stop over. My suggestion is book the shower asap, grab some water from the fridge, some food if needed, grab an armchair, relax, recharge devices, stretch out and stand as much as possible. Then leave for the last hour and walk the terminal, buy a boost fruit juice if it's open, don't bother with any coffee, even star bucks is undrinkable. You will not get a coffee that tastes anything like a NZ or Aust coffee so don't even try.

Calm and quiet place to chill after a night flight. Showers clean and the are was clean and quiet. Nice breakfast for the kids to eat and all we clean and presented well

Best part was the seating. Food was absolutely awful. Tasteless. Only thing edible was the salad. Toilets left a lot to be desired.
