The destinations were amazing, getting there and back was not! Lacking in organization and communication. And a staff member insulted us because we weren’t fluent in Spanish.

What a big lie this comment. What happened was that the client forgot his belongings on the bus, and since he didn't show up, he blamed us!!!! He wanted to make us responsible for his loss. The tour is TRILINGUAL, Spanish, English and French. A pity to read these comments.

I hired these people through Viator. my first contact from them was to ask that I agree to cancel my reservation so i can pay them directly ( outside of Viator). They asked for my GPS at my place of stay , which i provided. on the day inquestion at the meeting time and place, i was inside the location and saw a bus. THE BUS DID NOT HAVE THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS I CONTRACTED. I called and text the rep. i even had Viator call and email the rep, all was done several times and no one answered. They texted me 1.5hrs later asking me to reschedule the tour, which i declined. I asked for a refund and they refused. This is a poor company and extremely poor service. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE AVOID THEM, I have used Viator companies for over 15yrs and this one is the WORSE. ParaViajantes Transfer..PLEASE AVOID.

It is unfortunate to have clients like these children.
They made a reservation for 7 people, then they wanted to add 2 more people, and offered to pay the money in person, cheaper.
The day and time was agreed to start the Tour, and the client WAS NOT IN THE INDICATED PLACE. Our van waited 18 minutes for him, and he never showed up. Logically we left, we had to follow the pick up of other clients. We offered to reschedule the tour for the next day, which he refused. For this reason, for those who know about tourism and travel. The tour remains as NO-SHOW. They couldn't do the tour because they overslept, or they left late. 2 times we send you the location to find us. The day before, and the same day of the tour.
Let's hope we never have to deal with children like Tomas again.
Luckily, we have our reputation, which guarantees our work and honesty.
