We are a professional airport transfer operator and flight delays are accommodated with the same level of service as flights arriving on time.
We are not selective in the way we provide our services.
Furthermore, we are always at the airport day and night to meet flights, as we always have bookings for arriving and departing flights.
Delays caused by Customs & Quarantine are beyond our control, but because it is a common occurrence here we always make it a practice to wait until the last passengers exit.
On the day in question, we waited & waited and seeing no further passengers exiting Customs & Quarantine we enquired with the airport officials and they advised us that there were no more passengers inside in this restricted area.
Then and only then, did we leave arrivals desk and left in our bus with your fellow passengers who also booked their transfers with us.
As to your request for a refund, this was denied as it is Company policy not to refund where we did turn up & wait at our airport arrivals desk for you and your fellow passengers who booked with us, but you did not show up.
We hope we have cleared any issues you might have with regards to this matter.
