For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Overbooked and disorganised.

Company overbooked the buses. We arrived early for the first bus of the day, to then be told it was overbooked, so we had to wait over an hour for the next bus to come, then when it came we had to push through the crowd to get on. The bus does do all the sites and the commentary was good.

Whenever I visit a new city I always begin with the Hop on Hep off bus. It is a great way to get an orientation of the city and get a feel for the places where I want to return and spend more time. This is a great way to have the city introduced to you. The bus allows you to jump off (Which I did) and spend a little more time exploring befor coninuting the tour.

The narrative on the bus was horrible. We have used hp on hop off in many different places and it was great. We didn’t get off the bus at any stops because we were scared we would never see them again. We had to wait almost an hour each dayjusttogeton the bus

We waited for a good 30 minutes on 6/7/23 for a bus to come around to our pick-up location. I was hoping for a live tour guide but we were given ear buds to listen to a below average recording of what we were seeing, often not sure of what we were supposed to look at during the tour. It was warm on the bus and I wish we wouldn't have done this tour. I've done so many awesome hop-on, hop-off bus tours around the world with live guides and have always enjoyed them. Not this one!

Disappointing Service and Overpriced

Bus stops are not well signed and very difficult to locate. The ‘Blue Line’ bus attendants are unfriendly and there were more people than seats. Need to add more blue line busses in high season. You could be left waiting up to 1 hour to get on a Blue Line bus. Prague old city is very walkable, not that large, and this service offers very poor value for $$. While Hop on/off is excellent in many countries, I recommend avoiding this service in Prague

Long delays, most guests had to request head phones and brochures when boarding. Stood for over an hour at a stop to switch from green to red line, but bus never showed up. I eventually bailed. You’re better off using the team, metro and a self-guided tour app

Great Bus Tour of Prague

Great bus tour of the city of Prague. Audio ear buds gave good information (in 23 language options) and was well coordinated with the drive. Only downside was that the side windows would not open on the single level bus that we were on. It was hard to take photographs through the tinted windows. Found out latter that they had a two level open top bus option, but that was not an option at the location where we boarded. Recommend this city tour.

I had a problem with my ticket as it did not state that it is for 48 hours. Our trip on the bus was thus delayed by at least 30min. The lady at the kiosk where I had to get our tickets gave me the roundabout. After I have shown her the email and ticket she still requested I contact viator. Eventually after some time she contacted someone who confirmed the 48 hour ticket. After that we had an enjoyable tour.

Good experience, had 24 hr pass with boat option. Hoho was as expected and ran pretty much on schedule. Really enjoyed boat ride. J

We had to wait for over an hour in the morning to catch the bus. Should start at 9, not 10:30. There was only 1 bus for the red line. No benches to sit on to wait. Need to identify the number of the stop on the sign which should be distinquishable from the other hop on hop offs & city bus lline.

Better than expected.

Finding the right first stop was confusing and frustrating. As a single woman with limited physical stamina, it was also unnerving. City information office gave me the map for the competition. There weren't signs at 90% of the stops. Inspite of the idiots hotdoggging on electric scooters the bus driver carefully and patiently steered through their shenanigans. Fatima was a doll. At the end of the day she walked me to the right tram so that I could navigate to my hotel. As it turns out, the last stop was closer than where the city information office sent me. The maps are almost useless because the street names aren't printed clearly and pictures of the site is plastered all over the place. As with most Hop on Hop off tours the commentary doesn't always match the actual location at the time.
