We were the second group off the ship and the second group on the shuttle buses to the terminal but when we got to the meeting spot we were told that the tour guide had left 15 minutes before. We then had to make our own way back to the cruise ship and when I called trip advisor/Viator I was told that they would check with the local tour company about a refund after it was investigated. Still no word on that. Wish it would let me rate ZERO stars.
