      Even though our transportation to the photo shoot was an hour late and the drone batteries were dying during my friends shoot, D-Lo (photographer) made every effort to make it right. He made all attempts to get some shots of us and even voluntarily refunded our money without hesitation. I would book again, however, I would book a morning shoot. I still got some amazing FREE shots.

      This was the background in all of my pics I didn’t look at the pictures until I got back to the resort the shoot was the day before we was leaving a$$ed out and a waste of $150 😤😡

      Canceled on us the day of. Sent a message saying we would get a refund due to “weather” although it was beautiful outside. instead they completed the reservation online as if we received the service and took our money. I don’t know about the rest of the reviews but I feel this is a scam.

      Just to confirm, Your money was sent back over. Regarding the weather, sometimes the area you're is different to where we at hence why we stated the weather being an issue. But we do apologize for any inconveniences that was caused

      It was horrible we spoke with the man the day before came up with our meeting place & time theeeeennnnnn nobody showed up me & my party of 5 was there waiting for hours called his phone to the point he turned it off smh had to book last minute because of Selivn smh

      Some of the best photos ever on the island 🏝. It was soooo relaxing. However, the sun 🌞 will be in your face, so make sure to wear shades 😎. This is a must do when you come to Turks & Caicos.

      I would suggest a time to edit the photos, you can see the brick in my photos. I do like you get all the pictures and videos. But some of the poses were not comfortable at all.

      Last Minute booking, but very accommodating. I was able to book this and complete it in under an hour for a surprise!

      I scheduled this photo shoot before arriving to Turks and Caicos and I was so excited. The weather was stormy for two days which put my photoshoot off to Sunday. The photographer and I chatted back and forth for two days discussing a conveient time on Sunday. On Sunday, I Showed up on time to the beach for my photoshoot and the photographer was busy working with another customer. I let the photographer know I was there and told him my appointment time. He proceeded to take another customer photos before mine and stated " I need to finish with this group". The group was three women taking photos individually. I waited patiently for over an hour. The photographer was over an hour late and still was finishing his appointment with his last customer and I had to leave due to another appointment. He told me I would get a refund but then he told viator the activity was taken place at the scheduled date. Therefore, I lost $150.

      I had Selvan do my photo shoot and he was phenomenal! I have never had someone take so many really good pictures aside from telling me what I needed to do for poses. He made me feel comfortable and it was the best experience! Highly recommend!

      Aqua media did a great job with my clear kayak drone photoshoot. They let an eye on the weather and rescheduled and relocated to make sure the shoot was a go. Good communication. Didn’t have to wait too long there was one person finishing up when we arrived. Damarion was a great pose director so I didn’t have to think too much. Photos and video came out great! They immediately download to your phone so make sure you have enough space. Water was walking level so no worries if you can’t swim.

      Arrival to the clear boat shoot is a little chaotic. However once the shoot starts it was smooth sailing. Damarion was great. He told me how to pose and what to do. He kept the boat steady. Once our group finished we got our videos and images right away.

      DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Viator need to remove them. Did not show up or respond to txt messages or calls. Red Flags where present and I’m warning everyone not to book with this company at all.

      Loved this. Definitely a must do while in Turks. The water is beautiful! Our photographer was extremely helpful with choosing poses etc.
