We will schedule your shared airport transfer according to your flight arrival and departure time. Pick-up from Puerto Iguazu bus station is also included (previous advice when booking). Pick-up from Foz do Iguacu bus station implies an extra cost since booking a private transfer is required for that matter.

Due to natural causes, the Devil's Throat walkways were damaged and the National Park is in the process of repairing this section. For this reason, this Devil's Throat circuit (and the train ride to access it) remains closed until further notice.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Local guide was excellent and we enjoyed his company. The coordination of our trips by Viator was a bit hectic with room for improvement.

Awesome trip to the Argentina and Brazilian side of the falls with transportation and tour guides who were both amazing! Only downside was a late pickup to airport at end of tour Otherwise would highly recommend this tour to see Iguazu falls

This tour is good but quite pricing. you can arrange all by yourself not much difficult with half of the price or less. But you must do homework and planning of visiting the national park by yourself, which is not much work. The national parks on both sides are well designed. The trails are clear labeled. Park crew speak English. Taxi Transportation is convenient at port Iguazu. The hotel will help you arrange taxi to Iguazu fall (national park) on both side with very reasonable price. So, you can arrange time on your own schedule, don’t have to wait or hurry up to fit the group schedule. Communicate between viator and local agencies is inefficient. I have fill up my information when I sign up this tour. However, both viator and local agents keep asking me to send them my information. It seems that they do not share the information that I have already give to Viator and resend via email. This tour was arranged via (more than one) local tour agent. Tour was regrouped each day. We have different groupmate, tour guide, driver, etc, each day. I wish I was told in advance of this type of arrangement so that I will prepare in advance. Give tips to tour guide/drive by the end of the day (way) instead of the end of the trip. The tour itinerary is good. Hotel is good. Our tour guide at Argentine side, Fino, is great. He takes good care of everyone in the group. Our tour guide/driver on Brazilian side helped the crossing border check, we were waiting in the car. if you do not join the tour, you have to do all the works by yourself. Overall, I don’t recommend this tour. because I think it is not difficult to do all by myself. if you don't have budget concern, it is a good tour.

As you commented, the price for a tour involves several processes (planning, booking, operational, administrative) and managing services altogether. Taking a tour already set up gives you the benefit of avoiding all these processes; which can be difficult and risky if you are not familiarized with the destination. Regarding our documentation request, we always ask for this kind of information from our passengers and they usually sent it directly to us, as we are who process the bookings. However, we apologize for asking for this when you had already sent it to Viator. We were not aware of that. We will have it into consideration in the future. What a great tour. Loved seeing both sides of the falls-an absolute must. The boat ride under the falls is also a must. Tour guides were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Spoke English very well. The price of the boat ride was significantly less if purchased at the park, however Aydelen from Viator was quick to correct this when we contacted her and refunded us the difference. All in all, great communication, nice hotel (Hotel St. George-near restaurants) and an amazing tour.

The tour operators made prompt airport and hotel pickups and drop offs. The hotel was great and the falls were spectacular! Highly recommend the hero and boat tour add on. Tour guide was knowledgeable and very nice.

Fantastic 2 days in Iguazu and our guide Diego was outstanding. Did not do the boat trip because of the number of steps, but everything else was excellent. Trip to Brazilian side well worth doing, apart from border delays, as it gives a different aspect to the falls. Hotel lodge in rain forest was also very good and all the transport pick ups worked well.
