This tour was brilliant and our guide John was absolutely awesome. I was travelling with my mother with limited mobility and John was super helpful. I always thought one had to walk a lot to explore Torres. This tour gives you a complete view of the national park with some of the best view points and the entire ride is through the lakes and mountains. We saw Eagle eating his morning prey, condor families, Chilean fox, guanacos everything and John and our driver Alex made sure we could stop and enjoy all these sights. A super efficient way to explore the park

Great way to see Torres Del Paine
Kirsty_F, Apr 2024
This was a great trip to show you the highlights of the Torres del Paine National Park all in one day. Our guide and driver were super knowledgable and friendly, with the ability to speak both English and Spanish, ensuring they included everyone. They made every attempt to stop when there was the potential for wildlife and we ended up seeing loads including a wild puma. Ideal for all abilities and a good opportunity for a ‘break’ from hiking 🙂 If I could give 4.5 stars I would, however I couldn’t give a full 5 stars as the first stop at a shop felt like a real waste of a stop. I understand the need for toilet breaks etc but 30mins at a shop just after you’ve been picked up seemed excessive. It was also at sunrise so we could have got some lovely pictures at that time … maybe just change it to a 10min stop.
Best tour experience …. EVER!

So many tours are led by guides that are going through the motions for the 100th time. Not on this tour! THE GUIDES WERE ABSOLUTELY INSANELY FANTASTIC AND ENTHUSIASTIC! The bus was comfortable, the driver prompt and expert, the guides were so excited to show us the park, to point out wildlife and to keep the group engaged with great information! We stopped spontaneously for puma and condor sightings making our tour around the park to the various viewpoints not just a sight-seeing tour, but a Patagonian wildlife safari! We had done the W trek during the week and felt that this would be a nice way to spend a chill day before heading home. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip! So glad we booked it!
Cloudy day in Torres del Paine

Prompt pickup. Service was great, safe driver and informative guide. Light snacks and water provided. Thank you!
Just a brilliant view of the 8th Wonder of the World
Ray_G, Mar 2024
Originally we booked a pick-up but were advised the day before by the operator we needed to come to their office. Luckily we had a car so it was not a problem. We were provided with a free lunch by way of compensation which was good customer service. The tour itself was fantastic. Lots of stops and great explanations by the guide. The 8th Wonder of the World certainly deserves its ranking.
Absolutely brilliant tour

Best tour to see TdP!

Had the most amazing day with our guide Valentina and driver Rodrigo. The day was a little overcast so the visibility wasn’t perfect but that didn’t impact how much the tour was! Both Valentina and Rodrigo had so much knowledge and were so passionate to share with us. Their energy was contagious through the whole tour group. Truly the best tour we did in Patagonia!
Buena Vistas
Brian_L, Feb 2024
The tour was great. Well organized, on time, pick up and drop off were smooth. Our guide, Jhon, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, fun, good sense of humor, bilingual Spanish/English, very helpful securing tickets to the parks because the website was down when we tried to book in advance. Driver, Alex, was great. Professional and got us to some cool spots the other tours weren’t going. We had a beautiful day and took in some really breathtaking views. Only having time to spend a day in Torres del Paine, this was a great way to see the highlights. My only reasons for not giving 5 stars are the 1.5 hour break for lunch. There is a nice 20 minute hike at the Grey Lake stop, where there is a restaurant and shop for drinks/snacks, but we could have spent 45 minutes there and been on our way; and lastly, the tour really shouldn’t include Milodon Cave. It felt like a school field trip. It’s not really anything spectacular, and being 15 from town anybody who is really that interested in going can get there on their own easily. That time could be better spent in Torres del Paine. We also did not do the short waterfall hike, which we were looking forward to. All-in-all, we took in some amazing scenery from the convenience of a nice tour van. Gracias, Jhon y Alex.
Easy 1 day on the park
Rudy_v, Feb 2024
Great day, very low activity level, which is great or awful, depending on what you want. Lots to see, great staff, lots of siting but great photo opportunities and sites to see. All the highlights for sure.
Torres del Paine in a day
Michael_B, Feb 2024
Juan Pablo have as a fantastic guide who is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour.
A great way to sample Patagonia in a day.
William_W, Jan 2024
A wonderful day exploring the road-accessible areas of the park. We had rainbows and awesome vistas, an experienced guide fluent in English and enough time to immerse ourselves in Patagonia.
Wonderful trip, guide and driver!
Zdravko_M, Jan 2024
The beauty of this park can not be described, it should be seen. Perfectly organized tour, knowledgeable guide, friendly and easygoing. His name is Vicente if I’m not mistaken.
Great if you’re pressed for time!
Hebah_H, Jan 2024
Simon was awesome, the bus was comfortable, the trip was organized, we stopped at every beautiful place for photos. Highly recommend if you are pressed for time!
Great experience ... but mind the pick-up information !
YVES_P, Jan 2024
It has been a great day and a fantastic experience. The guide and the driver were perfect. The main issue has been the pick-up, as I was given a pick-up address by Viator of a place that did not exist anymore !!!! If I had not checked the whole issue the day before (and organised myself the pick-up on the spot), I would have missed the whole tour. Very negative !
Great tour if skipping Cueva del Milodon
WAH_L, Jan 2024
It was great to see a few Torres del Paine National Park highlights with the tour, however, the tour should skip Cueva del Milodon which shows nothing related to the distinct mammal, instead, we should have spent more time inside the Torres del Paine National Park which offer so many interesting places to see, without additional stiff $10USD per person charge.
poor box lynch, don't buy it
suzan_a, Jan 2024
the box lunch was raw fish that was served hours after being packed, we did not eat it, and so far not refunded for it
Response from Host, Jan 2024
Dear suzan_a Thanks for your time in leaving us your feedback on our tour. We hope you enjoyed Torres del Paine National Park with it great views and landscapes. When you booked this tour you required Kosher food and any other special restriction was informed. Your box lunch was made taking into account this special need. You received a salmon sandwich, hummus and other products in replaced of the regular one included. After the tour finished, you contacted us to inform you were allergic to fish and for this reason you did not eat it. We were never aware about this condition. Otherwise we could have prepared a box lunch accordingly. Suzan, please note all our box lunch are prepared and preserved under strict hygiene and health standards. All the food provided is specially selected and ready to be consumed at the right time. We are really sorry we did not had the right information from you in order to give the meal you were looking for. Best regards Ayelen
Perfecto
Nicholas_G, Dec 2023
The driver, Rodrigo, and the tour guide, Valentina, were both fun and welcoming. We loved the tour, getting to see some of the best views of the park. My wife has lupus and can't do a lot of physical activity, but the short walk down to the lake and through Milodon Cave were perfect. Highly recommend.
Fantastic but unreliable tour operator
Walter_A, Dec 2023
The tour is fantastic and if you are lucky, you will also be picked up by the tour operator (which was not the case with us) Al they offered was a free rebooking...
Bag lunch is a big rip-off
Nancy_R, Nov 2023
The tour guide was nice. The sites were lovely. The bus was not great in that it was small and super bumpy. The back seat is the worse in terms of not having any leg or bag room. The box lunch offered was a rip-off. We were charged $96 for 2 box lunches. They were actually bags. Each had a very low quality sandwich, a snickers, pear juice, water and a small bag of trail mix. That is pretty low value for almost $50 per person. It was terrible. It also was not clear that we could just grab a low cost buffet at a scheduled lunch spot. The whole food situation made it feel as if the company was taking advantage by misleading with ambiguity.
Response from Host, Dec 2023
Hello Nancy_R Thanks for you time and your feedback. We are glad to hear you love Torres del Paine National Park and also to know our guide was up to your expectations. It surprises us to hear you were not comfortable on our buses. They are small buses because this is a small group tour. In case it was bumpy, it was probably for the way conditions. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear about your disappointment for our box lunch. We include the description on what is included in it and also it is indicated you can take your own box lunch. However we will take your comments into account in order to improve the information provided. We really care, and it is our main concern, your opinion. So, of course, we highly appreciate you take the time to write to us. Best regards Ayelen
Amazing experience
Karichulis_L, Nov 2023
It was a great tour, the guide and driver were amazing. The only bad part about it is that everything was too fast. I would've liked to have some more time on each stop.
Worth the time and cost!
Molly_H, Nov 2023
John was a wonderful host for our all-day tour of Torres del Paine. He made sure we had everything we needed, along with providing insight to the park itself and any wildlife we saw along the way. The bus was comfortable with big picture windows to make viewing possible from every seat. This was absolutely worth the money, and I would book again.
