    PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A VALID CONTACT NUMBER WITH WHATSAPP OR IMESSAGE. (This allows our drivers and guide to communicate effectively) We pick up each client in the lobby of their hotel or meeting point. THE START TIME IS 2:30 THEREFORE PICK UP WILL NOT BE AT 2:30. Pick up time is based on the Hotel/Resort you are staying at and our representative will contact you 24 hours before to schedule your pick up time. Once you have your pick up time YOU MUST BE AT THE LOBBY AT THAT TIME. Our transportation Truck/Bus and the driver will be at the hotel with a list of the names of our clients. If your hotel is not listed or you are staying in an Airbnb we can arrange a nearby meeting point for pickup. We can also welcome you directly at the beach where the boat is boarded if you choose to get there on your own.

    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    The staff was amazing and partied with us. It rained on and off but it was still incredible. The music was a vibe and we all had a great time. I would definitely recommend this party boat.

    Visitor says arrive @ 2:30pm, we were at the lobby at 2:23pm. The tour guide arrived at 2:07pm and left at 2:09pm. When we called they said they would not turn around and to order a taxi to get there. The taxi cost $35. I requested a refund and it’s been 6 days no refund still.

Our records show that our driver arrived at your pickup location at 2:03 PM and waited until 2:15 PM. Since the party boat excursion begins promptly at 2:30 PM, it's impossible for a 2:30 PM pickup to work without causing delays. We attempted to reach you using the contact number provided during booking, but unfortunately, we received no response to our calls and messages. When contact was eventually made, we were informed by your girlfriend that the number you provided does not work locally. We ask for a contact number specifically to avoid such miscommunications by providing crucial information about your excursion. It’s important to note that we have a responsibility to all our clients. Delays affect everyone's experience, and we strive to ensure timely departures. Furthermore, when our team tried to help and resolve the situation, they faced verbal abuse, for which we later received an apology from your girlfriend on your behalf. While we appreciate all our clients, our staff's well-being is paramount, and we cannot condone verbal or physical abuse. We're genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet expectations. We aim to provide a fantastic experience for all our guests and ask for cooperation and respect in return. Accountability is crucial in all our interactions.     The overall party experience was amazing. The crew was fun and accommodating. All ages came to party and I was able to fit in seamlessly as a solo traveler. The only downside was the transportation and miscommunication. I ended up having to ride in a separate vehicle because I missed the bus. The ride started out ok with private driver until he went on a racist rant about how Dominicans shouldn't mix their race with Haitians. Other than that, the boat crew was completely friendly and full of smiles. I'd definitely go again. Just get rid of that driver.

    This experience was amazing! He showed us a good time in DR and was very kind and generous! The Boat Party was so much fun and the Monkey Club was fantastic! Please book with them if you want to have an true authentic taste of DR!! You won’t regret it!!!

    My friend and I really enjoyed this excursion. I went in November so the water was chilly and weather cloudy; but, that did not take away from the experience. We got timely transportation to/from our hotel and the host was very friendly. I would recommend eating beforehand as you only have snacks on the boat. Also be prepared for lots of individuals trying to sell you things. Perfect trip for young adults looking to party.

    I have taken a couple party boats. This one was by far the one I like the least. It was over crowded and my group felt stuffed on the boat. I'm not saying this is a bad choice, just not the choice for me. I prefer a more personalized experienced with not as many guest.

    I had an amazing time! The organizer (Anthony) went over and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Our hotel was far out (Excellence El Carmen) so he sent a private driver (Miguel) to pick us up to and from the venue. Anthony was very informative and gave us suggestions for other activities and even doubled up as a photographer on our trip (he took the photos that are posted). His price is very reasonable. This exact experience through our hotel was priced at $120/pp. Our experience was a 10/10. I highly recommend!
