    I was never picked up. After waiting for over 2 hours I received a text message saying that they no longer picked up from my location. It was extremely disappointing.

    This trip fir souvenirs was a good trip. The reason I gave them a 3 is because they were 30 minutes late picking us up and tried to give an explanation that “they had 100’s of people they had to pick up and drop off, which was not my problem or my concern. Perhaps they should STOP taking reservations at a certain point of maximum capacity. However, the drivers gave great service, were friendly, and did try to accommodate for the delay.

    Your was told to be on time we came 1:00pm an waited for your 15 mins sorry there is more Travalers to pick up we can't wait for more than 15 mins extra from the pick up time

    Why you should get you money back you go with a different driver an your was told that your pick up is 12:30pm an you left with a different driver at 12:15pm

    Nothing memorable. It says you’ll learn the history of Dominican Republic. You basically get picked up in a car, they drop you off at a souvenir shop that’s supposed to be this extravagant place and it barely has anything. Then they take you back

    What you mean sorry but the tour guide that take you around an take you to the Dominican restaurant wasn't available Remember you was told that but you still wanted to go an ofcurse giving us a bad review waoow

    interesting trip to the cigar making factory it was fun to see and try some natural handmade products. the trip supposedly includes tea snacks or coffee and a water bottle, but we didn't get a water bottle? and the snacks are just a few small chocolates and 20ml coffee for 2 people. The trip to the souvenir shop was nice, a large selection, our chauffeur was waiting for us patiently, but the prices of souvenirs typical for tourists were too expensive, . In the hotel, the same things were half the price ... we overpaid. if you want to buy souvenirs, be prepared to pay a lot
