    Excellent service. Pickup and drop off from the resort. I'll use it again and recommend it. Try them.

    When I booked to go on this shopping excursion, it said start time 9am. The night before, I got a text saying can I do a pick up time 11:10am or 2:15pm. We chose 11:10am as we wanted to get our shopping done in the morning. We were at the meeting place at 10:50am, at 11:20 I texted the person who contacted me. Told him no one was here yet. Then I got a text back saying there was a confusion and can we make it another day? No, as we have other excursions other days. Then he said how about 2:15pm, we thought about it until we asked about returning. His response was you can return anytime when you are finished shopping, you have to pay for the ride back after 2:15pm. That made no sense to me, as I paid to be picked up and dropped off at my hotel. I chose this shopping tour as it said 9am. Nowhere does it say that if you go after 2:15, you have to find your own way back. That is why I booked it through a company, so I didn't have to worry about finding my way around where I'm not familiar. Don't go with this company, choose another one who will take you shopping.

    Hello Deanna, unfortunately, we are unable to place the pickup time for all the different pickup locations in Punta Cana in one product, this is why we state in the additional information that we will confirm the time on the day before the trip. We are terribly sorry though that we were unable to pick you up. There seems to be a confusion though, you didn't have to pay for the way back, payment would only be required if you would have liked a custom pick-up time since that would have required us to send you a private van, outside of the regular pick-up times. All in all we are sorry again that we missed the pick up
    pickup time sucks, was under the impression that the shopping tour was going to be in more than one location

    n/a 3 hour shopping tour was only one hour received email not soon enough was under the impression pickup in lobby for 9 am not 10:20 when driver showed up still had to wait for another couple

    Hello Alton. This is a shopping tour with shared pick-up; as you might know, there are close to 60 resorts in Punta Cana, and we cannot place a specific pick-up time on our listing for all of the resorts. This is why in our "Additional pickup details" portion of our product, we state, "Pick-up varies from resort to resort. As soon as you book, please look out for the message from Julio confirming your pick-up time."

    This Needs more stores only one store we visited . Need more time in the mall. It was hard to evaluate on one store need to also see main mall . Otherwise it was good . Driver was decent
