    Great half day tour

    Would recommend this tour. Isabella was patient with the kids and drove safely. The church was beautiful and we had enough time at the falls to see the bottom and top. We had a great half day and still had time to relax and shop after.

    Travel in comfort without any stress

    Naimi was lovely and an excellent driver as we went up to the falls and the basilica. Super clean and well-appointed new SUV which was comfortable for the five of us adults. We all were expecting more local facts and information, which would have made the trip even more memorable. All in all, we are glad to have seen the local area and she was great company!

    The driver was very polite and patience. He was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him. We went to the waterfalls and later to Basilica St Anne which is beautiful.

    Our driver, Isabelle, was wonderful! She arrived on time and drove safely to our destination. She is very pleasant and was able to give us a lot of information about the Basilica and waterfalls. The Basilica was a wonderful surprise. So beautiful! We would definitely recommend this private tour.

    I loved seeing that Celine Dion had her own private quarters there. The tour gave lots of history. Herbs growing on the roof is a favorite of mine. It is so huge it should have its own zip code breathtaking view. Gorgeous architecture and furnishings. We will be back.

    Don't waste you money, go by taxi is a lot of cheaper per person, the driver/tour guild did not talk about the city, the place we visit, what we expect to see, she just drop us off at the site and meet again at certain time. I should ask for refund. It is my worst experience with Viator.

    Isabelle our driver was excellent and made sure our trip was exactly what we wanted, stopping to allow us to take photographs and taking us back into town to recommend restaurants. The falls were amazing and ste-Anne-de-Beaupre was beautiful

    The Falls were great . Saint Anne’s Church was gorgeous. Our private driver Isabelle was so friendly , informative and delightful. She even taught us some French words . We did not feel rushed going from one place to the next . I highly recommend using Viator for this Quebec excursion .

    Out tour guide, Jeffrey, was most interesting and accomodating and we could not have experienced anything more grand than the falls and the church. Jeffrey was unbelievable getting us close to all entrances because of my severe heart condition. You should be proud to have a guide like him on staff

    Pros - nice Chevy Suburban. Guide was friendly. Cons - Price was way too much for what was provided which was essentially transport and general to the falls and to Ste Anne de Beaupre. For this price I would have expected much more such as a private tour of the falls and the basilica vs on your own time. We even had to pay an extra 50 for cable car ride (which we did not know ahead of time). The guide Greg was a really nice guy. The ride was comfortable but short between stops.

    Great experience even without a guide. The pick up was flawless (we were in a location that taxis could not find easily) and the driver provided very helpful information to navigate the various sites we visited.
