This safari ticks the boxes, packing the desert’s top drawcards into a single trip. Begin with a 4WD dune bash, sandboarding, and camel ride before hitting an oasis camp for a barbecue-buffet as belly dancers and whirling dervish artistes take the stage. Your trip includes RAK hotel transfers, with transfers from other locations and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) for an extra charge.

Pick up from all locations in Ras al Khaimah is included in the rates. Please check with us for the rates for pick up from other locations. We can do pick up from Fujairah, UAQ, Sharjah, Ajman, And Dubai locations with additional charge. Pick up time from RAK - 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM depending on hotel location (Winter timing - October to May) 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM depending on hotel location (Summer timing - June to September) Please message us with the hotel name and location to know the exact pick up time)

Our driver Nadeem was prompt on time for pick up. Very friendly always helpful and smiling. The dune bashing was great with all safety taken into consideration. Tour included a short camel ride and sand boarding. Ended the night with an excellent buffet meal. Enjoyed the amazing desert scenery with lots of camels to view along the way … well worth it.

Amazing experience from start to finish… don’t hesitate to book as you will not be disappointed 👍 Great pick up and drop off… no issues and communication great. Lovely set up throughout camp. Fantastic camel rides (plentiful) Lovely staff and very attentive and helpful. Dune bashing really good fun and sunset picture stop off was great. Buffet was delicious and plentiful, drinks not badly priced. Shows were spectacular and unexpected in quality esp fire show. Sand boarding could have been better as boards a little old, sledges would have been better for children but that’s only a minor issue. Photographer on hand to capture lots of lovely family memories. All in all a real highlight of our holiday. Thank you to all the team

Excellent trip, dune bashing was great fun! Camel ride fun and entertaining. The BBQ was very tasty, the entertainment was excellent!!! An incredible belly dancer, an amazing folk dancer and the most sensational fire eater/ entertainer. Although photos were taken there was no hard sell to purchase. Free small henna tattoos were available. Would definitely recommend this trip and to purchase through Viator rather than locally.

Fantastic trip would definitely recommend. Driver arrived on time, only took 25 minutes to get to the desert. Saw a couple of camels roaming. On reaching the reception area of the bedouin camp we were given a coffee and dates. Next stop was the xamel rides which were amazing then back to the car for dune bashing. Wow was like being on a roller coaster. Back at the camp we had light refreshments. We were entertained by a belly dance who was really good and also an amazing fire eater. Al in all a really fantastic experience well worth the money

We were a little out of our comfort zone to begin with, we were collected from our hotel later than we thought we would be but they did send a message confirming the time and this went smoothly. We were taken to the camp and offered coffee and dates. We booked a quad bike trip for my son so when he went off to do that, my husband and I were directed to the camp area. On the way to the camp, we were offered a camel ride. My husband did not want to do it so i felt obliged. It was fairly short and sweet . We then went to the camp area where we sat down to wait. This felt quite strange as we were left on our own with no further information. I thought we could get soft drinks but these had to be paid for so we had water instead. There was no mention of sand boarding which was said to be included. The man from the shop was keen for us to buy from him but we werent that keen. After waiting for a while, my son returned. He had a great time on the quad bikes! We sat around for a bit longer not really knowing what we should be doing which was a bit uncomfortable. I went to try and find a guide who said they had been waiting for us! (No time had been mentioned). We were then directed to the vehicle for the desert safari. My husband was a bit wary at first trusting another driver (as he is an advanced driver himself) however the trust was soon gained and we all thoroughly enjoyed the desert safari! A real thrill, especially on the steep parts! Our driver also stopped to assist another driver who had got stuck which was good to watch! We stopped in the dunes and the photographer who had come with us took lots of photos. We then returned to camp. This was followed by a desert bbq (which was delicious and more than just a bbq ) there was so much food it seemed a shame there weren't more people there to enjoy it! We then had entertainment which was really good, especially the fire eater! Once the entertainment was over, we were shown the photos (which we ended up buying!) It was then time to return to our hotel. All in all a very enjoyable trip, a little disjointed in places however the safari, food and entertainment made up for it!

It was all fabulous! Our driver kicked us up on time from the hotel and we loved the crazy 4x4’ing in the dunes. Tip- perhaps sit in the front if you suffer from motion sickness. Quad biking was an extra charge but we loved it and thought it good value. Was a little underwhelmed by the camel ride which was very short. Food was a BBQ and was plentiful and the paid bar was reasonable. Loved the fire eating show! All in all a great experience!

Travelling over the dunes...

Travelling over the dunes at speeds was fun! Lovely welcoming staff to camp and enjoyed food. The entertainment was fantastic. The camp Photographer captured special moments for us and sent amazing digital images to us afterwards. Overall would recommend this was a great experience and excellent value.
