On our defense, we would like to clarify something. We received your compline in a short notice, and as you mentioned above that the incident happened on November 5. 2022 and it was sent by you on August 2023.
We as a professional tour group have been in this business for more than 5 years, we understand your outrage and we do not accept any matter of disrespect towards one of our customers as we put our customers' interest above everything. your complain has been noted, taken care of and understood.
Therefore, we would like to inform you that the tour guy (Ali) has been disqualified from our team as you read this.
and about the amount of litter in the Red Sand area, we would like to clarify that it was not our responsibility to clean it as was the area's organizers job.
