Children must be minimum 5 yrs old. They can seat behind the driver only if they are taller than 150cm , otherwise they will have to seat in the sidecar with the seatbelt on.
Maximun weight for riding on the back of the saddle is 118 kg / 260 pounds.
Sidecar can hold up to 110 kg / 242 pounds ,and maximum height is 1,90 m
Customers who have booked 1 seat only, will share the vehicle with another guest because each Vespa can accommodate 2 persons, one in the sidecar and the other one behind the driver (with the possibility of swapping seats during stops so that everyone can sit in the sidecar)
For reservations with an odd number of participants, the passenger accepts to alternate the seat in the sidecar with that behind the driver at any stop.
Not permitted for pregnant travelers
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Best way to get yourself immersed in Roma

Thanks to the algorithm of Viator for recommending this tour to me! This is the best way to get to know all the highlights of central Roma in just 3 hours without exhausting yourselves. My guide and also my driver Alesso(sorry if I mistyped), can speak multiple languages including Chinese. There are four of us in the group speak Chinese hence luckily we got a bi-lingual guide which is awesome. Alesso’s introduction gave me ideas on where I want to visit for the remaining of my time in Roma. I’m grateful for this wonderful afternoon. Such a memorable experience and will definitely recommend to everyone!

Fantastic way to see Rome. Our guide, Matteo, was filled with facts and history and enthusiasm for Rome. Giovanni, Vespa driver,was very nice and attentive. This really is one of the most fun ways to take a tour.

The best possible way to see Rome, with the very best guide and drivers! We (myself and three teenagers) loved every minute. Saw amazing sites we never would have encountered without this tour. Finished with what must have been the best gelato in the world. Highly recommend.

Beyond my expectations ➕️ some! My husband and I both enjoyed the tour tremendously. We had a great experience on the Vespa Side Car Tour. 3 hours and they drove by so much and stopped at Pantheon (no line, inside access), Trevi Fountain, Rome Overlook, Gelato stop, Colleseum. They give you a portable receiver with earbuds, and Matteo narrated the whole time. I rode on the back of the Vespa, my husband rode in the sidecar. Matteo (narrator) and Marco (our driver) were super kind and fun! I highly recommend! Worth every penny! I'd give it 10 stars 🌟! Being in open air and having the ability to look around the entire ride without obstruction.... priceless.

What an amazing way to see Rome!! Our guide Luca was fantastic, giving us information about all of the famous landmarks in Rome and making it easy for us to visit them. He got us right to the front of the Trevi Fountain despite the crowds and told us so much about the Pantheon that we never knew before. At the end of the tour Luca gave us restaurant recommendations near our hotel and delivered us back to the hotel. Can’t recommend this tour more strongly.

Best way to see Rome! How often do you get to ride a Vespa with a sidecar? We saw so much of Rome including several stops at monuments, ate mind blowing gelato, and learned a lot from our warm and wonderful guide. This is a must do!

Wonderful! Highly recommend this tour when visiting Rome. They take on a Vespa Side car for 3 hours. It was so much fun and we covered a lot of Rome. They will also take you to the very best Gelato store. Try the lemon basil. It was delicious! Enjoy!!!

Fascinating experience! Driving through the streets of Rome is nothing like walking it. Matteo was a superb tour guide. All the drivers are very polite and Matteo does an amazing job explaining everything. They plan stops to take the most gorgeous pictures of the most iconic sites in the city. It compliments perfectly any activities you’ve planned. Special thanks to Manuel (el cubano), he made our tour even better. Some people might not be confortable in being behind the driver, however in our party, even the people that were reticent to do it went through with going in the back. The prefered seat is the side-car. All the tourists and romans smile and wave as these colorful Vespas go through the streets. Totally worth it!

I could not recommend this experience enough. It was my favorite part of my trip to Italy! Our trip consisted of us, another couple, and two guides, Luca (or Luka, I’m not sure of the spelling) and Giancarlo, who were phenomenal and kept us safe, comfortable, and laughing throughout the whole experience! Above & Beyond - this company cares!

Wow! The folks are amazing! They went way above & beyond for us. Our plane was delayed arriving, so we were about an hour behind. They sent a driver to pick us up at our hotel, then we met up with the group. So grateful we were still able to join in!! This was a great way to see as much as possible without walking everywhere. Our guide was the owner, and we had headsets so we could listen even while our driver was driving. Very cool! We got out of the scooters at the Trevi fountain, the Parthenon (went inside!), the the Spanish steps (you don’t walk them FYI), an overlook of the city, and of course the gelato stop. They then dropped us off at the Vatican so we could make our next tour. Easy communication & a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you all!!!

This is the best way to see Rome. It’s an absolute must book! The guys take you on a 3 1/5 hour tour of every site and more. You get to see Rome from a different view and parts that you would never go to. Matteus gave us a very informative running commentary throughout, his knowledge was first class. Both guys were very attentive ensuring that we were happy and comfortable at all times. We felt totally safe with their driving skills. We had a tasty gelato stop on route too. Don’t be put off by the price as it’s worth every euro for such a fab time.

This was a phenomenal way to see the city! We only had one day to see Rome, and this fit the bill. We felt safe the entire time, and the gelato stop at the end was the icing on the cake! I got completely lost. I arrived at the destination at 2.20 pm but was in a bit of a fuzz and didn’t see the Vespas. I ended up walking completely the wrong way. I rang your office but got an answer machine. 5 minutes later I received a phone call saying they were waiting for me and not to worry. Alessio was incredibly understanding and polite and lovely.
