      I was unable to obtain my tickets through any of the links provided by Rome Tours. When I asked how to access my tickets I was told “These are the tickets. Bye”. Neither I nor the official at the park were able to access tickets through any of the correspondence from Rome Tours or Viator. I sent a message to Rome Tours while at the entrance to the park but didn’t receive a reply. I had to purchase new tickets for 5 people to replace the tickets I had already paid for. I sent a request to Viator for a refund but they wouldn’t acknowledge that there was a problem. The customer service from both these companies is nonexistent and I will never deal with either of them again.

      One of the highlights of our vacation in Rome! No crowds, casual stroll through the baths using a virtual viewer to take in the beauty that was once the Baths at Caracalla. Interesting ruins to visit, amazing with the viewer.

      We were the only people there so we did not need the skip the line option. The audio guide was way too long and detailed.

      thank you for reviewing us! We are not able to kow in advance if the line will be too long or not. But I'm happy to know you could visit the Baths of Caracalla in peace. I think that if the audioguide is detailed and long.....it's a plus not a reason to complain. However you can decide to hear only a part of the explainations and visit the rest by yourself.

      You can spend your entire day here! It is dense with information and the ruins that bring it to life. The audio guide gives clarity to the ruins and it really helps you to navigate the extraordinary size of the bath house.

      Billets non reçus avant l’heure prévues d’entrée. Difficultés à rejoindre leur bureau pour trouver une solution. Dépense inutile. Billet à la porte et audio-guide à moitié prix. Aucune file d’attente.

      Escroquerie visite 3D termes de Caracalla Rome

      Escroquerie la plus totale de la part de Viator qui persiste à vendre en ligne des "expérience 3D" alors que ce n'est plus possible à cause du Coronavirus depuis mars 2020 !!!! Quand nous nous sommes présentés sur le site, il nous a été indiqué que l'expérience 3D était impossible. Manifestement, nous n'étions pas les seuls à être tombés dans l'escroquerie. Nous avons donc payé nos billets le double de l'entrée classique et Viator n'a jamais voulu nous remboursés la différence au motif qu'il nous avait prévenu ce qui était faux. Se méfier de ce site. Je ne recommande pas tellement la mauvaise foi est stupéfiante.

J'aurais aimé que vous accordiez la même attention à ce que vous avez acheté. Vous n'auriez sûrement pas fait une figure ignorante. Comme vous pouvez verifier sur le site Web, ce produit offre deux options. "Billet Terme di Caracalla", celui que vous avez acheté, et "Visite en réalité virtuelle Terme di Caracalla" qui n'est pas disponible, donc pas achetable, en raison du coronavirus. J'ai pensé que vous vous trompiez quand j'ai vu que vous n'aviez acheté que des billets mais que vous demandiez la langue française. Avant de vous envoyer les billets, je vous ai expliqué que vous n'aviez acheté que les billets d'entrée et non la visite virtuelle. Après 48 heures, conformément à votre réservation, je vous ai envoyé les billets de entree. Les billets d'entrée sont exactement ce que vous avez demandé lors de la phase de réservation. Vous avez choisi de réserver avec un intermédiaire de vente et non sur le site des Thermes de Caracalla. Par conséquent, le tarif que vous avez payé comprend les frais de service de Viator, les frais de service du voyagiste et les taxes. Ce n'est pas une fraude. Vous pouvez être poursuivi pour diffamation. Nous avons honnêtement gagné de l'argent en travaillant. Ou peut-être avez-vous l'habitude de travailler gratuitement?
