      Poor meetup location

      No person at the assigned meetup point. Due to a demonstration going on the people blocked the signage to the place. Very disappointed.
      The vendor is fake and...

      The vendor is fake and does not send you a voucher you will get told at the place that your pdf is invalid by purchasing this voucher. The experience itself is like something from the 60s in terms of graphics and concept. If you want to try VR don’t make this your first experience. Definitely a skip & miss.

      Hi, your review is ridiculous. You booked on January 3rd at 10:30am and from our conversation history I see that the voucher was sent to you on the same day (January 3rd) at 3:36pm. You called me the day of your visit and I helped you find the voucher, which you hadn't even bothered to download. As you can see from other reviews the virtual experience is also highly rated for the graphics. If you were expecting to be teleported into the past, know that the time machine hasn't been invented yet. Come and see us in another 2,000 years. Even though we've done our job well and on time, do you define us as fake?

      Dass die gebuchte Veranstaltung am vorgesehenen Termin nicht stattfinden konnte, hätte man als Veranstalter früher wissen können. Auch bei der zweiten gebuchten Veranstaltung gab es eine Panne. Anstelle der deutschen Führung war eine englischsprachige als Buchung beim lokalen Anbieter hinterlegt. 2 Buchungen = 2 Pannen. Daher nur 3 Sterne
