We are sorry to hear that, our tour didn’t meet your expectations.
We have to point out though that, as we clearly mentioned in our online tour description, the group size is maximum 24 people so we are curious to find out where you got the information about the group of max 6 people? And just for the record there were 23 people in your group.
As for the time change, we contacted you 3 days ahead of the date you reserved, to let you know that there was no availability at 10 am. We gave you the option to join at 11.30 am or to cancel as cancellation would have been at no charge until 24 hours before the tour time. You accepted to join the11.30 tour. We are in high season and, after the pandemic, it’s even busier than usual so it’s extremely difficult to find Colosseum tickets. The tour started as planned at 11.30, with no delay.
Our tour guide is a native English speaker, and he has been working as a tour guide for over 20 years with an impressive record of good reviews. And since we understand that different English accents might sound unclear to some of our customers we are constantly reminding our guides to speak slowly and clearly.
Still we feel we should apologize for the time change but with the present reservations rules established by the Colosseum ticket office occasionally we have no control over this kind of schedule changes.
