    Wye skip que was longer than normal que and you charged more than double other people pay even people from USA paid $65. Disappointed

    Tour seemed rushed and provided little value. Booked through Viator ( worst experience ever and will vow to never use again)
    Informative Tour Guide, super crowded experience. Great to have direct access to St Peter's Basilica.

    Booked this last min the day before, glad to be able to find availability. Tour guide was organized and informative. Super crowded at the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. Tour was rushed and you have to pay close attention to follow the guide to not get lost. Glad to have direct access to St Peter's Basilica right after the tour, saved a ton of time and energy.

    The actual tour guide from LoveRome was great, although I would recommend a kid-centered tour with young children. Ours unfortunately got canceled the week prior and tickets were all sold out, so this was the only tour we could find. The third party who we booked this tour through was terrible though. We are a family of 5 and received a call a half hour before our 10:30am tour to instead meet at 11:30-11:45am due to a train strike. We are pretty certain it was because they sold our tickets to someone else though. The third party booker took us to LoveRome but we did not actually depart on the tour until 12:15pm. By this time, our 4yo was exhausted and needed a nap, which is why we originally booked the morning tour. My husband ended up needing to carry our 4yo the entire tour in 80 degree heat, which was miserable. Book your tour directly!

    Booked a guided tour for the Coleseum. Tour was to start at 11am.. Arrived before time and they stated out group had left already. No sorry no refund no tour. Spoiled our trip!

    Tour guide left without us and started tour 20mins prior to listed start time. Tour company was very rude, refused to provide alternative tour time/day and refused to give refund. Do not use this tour company.

    You miss the meeting time and we are waited for you 15 min also trying to contact but you didn’t answer, and it was not private tour it was group guided tour, we are sorry

    The tour started with a 2 hour sit in a reception area to then start the tour with a guide where your constantly under pressure to keep up and don't have any time to actually look at the wonders and magnificence of the vatican. I'm sure the guide was knowledgeable if we had chance to take in what she was saying. Not a good experience at all. I'd say get a skip the line ticket and make your own way and pace

    We started with tour 1,5h later as predicted, what was a little confusing. Thankfully they called us day before about that. We thought basilica will also be guided with audio, but it wasnt. The guide was great, but he wanted a tip at the end what was a bit funny. Otherwise OK.

    Due to Vatican being too busy, we were asked to change our time but it was really hard getting taxi. We were given a small refund because we had a guided tour however we couldn’t get there early enough , we enjoyed the radio guided tour more anyway! Overwhelming and very hot , good day all In all.

    Incredible experience. Unfortunately I was so overcome with emotion in the Sistine Chapel that I lost our guide René. I was very sorry not to be able to finish the tour with him, he was wonderful.

    Desorganización,no nos llevaron a la basílica, tuve q pagar otra escursion para verla, viator me dijo q iban ha realizar reclamación, pero me iba de Roma sin ver la basílica y la plaza, nos trataron como borregos, cambiaron la hora y ninguna explicación. Nefasto

    Museum war sehr schön, es war aber nicht viel Platz und Zeit um es zu genießen. Basilika war ohne Führung, Laut Titel dachte ich das die mit drin ist im Preis.

    La anfitriona tuvo buena intención de ayudar.. en la página figura q puede ser para personas en silla de ruedas, si se reserva sobre la hora como lo hice, al rato responden que no se aceptan personas en silla de ruedas, te piden cancelar pero al cancelar como ya no son 24hs antes del recorrido, lo mismo te cobran la cantidad abonada.. no devuelven... deberían aclarar en la página que si uno irá con personas con discapacidades, deben ser tours privados o directamente poner que no aceptan personas con discapacidades...
