Sadly the transfer was not good. I expected a luxury pick up and instead it was a mini van with broken seats. The driver was polite but drove extremely fast, swerving in and out of traffic. After being dropped off at the wrong place, he did take us to our original destination. I hate to give such a bad review but was so glad to get out of the vehicle and did not think this was what we signed up for. Would not do this again. Very dissapointed.

The driver was at the meeting place and we found him quickly. He helped get our bags and headed to the vehicle. One problem we had was he walked way to fast for our group. There were 4 of us age 66-83, and one person with a cane. He would look back and slow slightly but we were still far behind him. He drove us safely to our motel but didn’t speak one word to us.

They were very prompt and helpful with the luggage However, the only reason not a five rating was that the driver was not very friendly or informative. Also, older folks beware - where the airport parks the limo service is a very long walk (especially with extra luggage for a cruise trip).

Driver lied about flight arrival

Driver said our flight had arrived on time and was wondering where we were, we were stuck in Frankfort airport for over 9 hours, and informed Viator that there was no way our flight was on time since Lufthansa airlines had cancelled that flight and rebooked us on a flight leaving 9 hours later, totally unacceptable. I’ve since filed a dispute with my Bank, with emails from Lufthansa showing the flight cancellation. We ended up getting a cab at the Rome airport upon arrival at a much cheaper rate $50 euros compared to the $131.00 that you charged my card, I call this a ripoff!
