The local guide will pick you up at your hotel ( if located in Rouen). Travelers can request the tour to start from any centrally located hotel. In case your hotel is outside the city center we will select a convenient meeting point in the city center. Tour may end at a different location from the departure point unless requested in advance of the tour.

Today's "3-Hour Private Custom Walking Guided Tour in Rouen" was very disappointing. While the guide was a lovely person she was not equipped to provide a "Private Custom Walking Guided Tour". When we first met we were instructed to simply download the Rouen Enigma app and follow the tour that way. The guide provided no particular insight nor did she offer any information that was not provided in the app. Advertised as a 3-Hour tour, at 2 hours the guide said she was done and left us even though the app tour was unfinished. We feel taken advantage of as the night before the tour the tour company asked if we would be willing to move our tour to another day. Apparently they were having trouble finding a guide for our previously booked tour and if fact, as described above, we were provided with an unprepared guide.

Received an email at 12:05 am the day of the tour asking if they could reschedule since they didn’t have a guide available. We made reservation several weeks in advance. On the plus side they were quick to reschedule our payment.
