Pickup details

-The tour includes transfers from the meeting points in the central area of Rovaniemi, Ounasvaara area, Arctic Treehouse Hotel and Santa Claus Village. If you are staying in an Airbnb or similar, we will notify you of the closest meeting point. -All the pick-up times are subject to a 15-minute difference depending on the other participants joining the tours. Customers shall wait for their pick-up at the meeting point notified by Wild Nordic. -Pick up schedule is as follows: • SantaSport Resort, Sky Ounasvaara and Ounasvaara Chalets: 60 minutes before the tour starting time • City Center meeting point at Sampokeskus: 50 minutes before the tour starting time • Arctic TreeHouse: 40 minutes before starting time • Wild Nordic Safari Center: 30 minutes before starting time

Snowmobile tours: the driver of a snowmobile has to be at least 18 years old and bring a valid A or B driver’s license (i.e. car or motorbike).
It is the customer’s responsibility to know basic English in order to understand the instructions. If the customer does not understand any of the instructions, Wild Nordic shall reserve the right to refuse the customer ́s participation based on safety concerns and necessity to communicate in English during any emergency situation.
All the pick-up times are subject to a 15-minute difference depending on the other participants joining the tours. Customers shall wait for their pick-up in the hotel reception area (or such other area as notified by Wild Nordic)
No refund of the tours will be made if the customer misses the pick up services as a result of failing to wait at the designated pick-up area. Wild Nordic has the right to charge reasonable expenses arising from such neglect to follow the timetable of the program.

The driving license must be valid in EU countries. Customers shall bring their valid driving licenses license for participating in snowmobilie driving.
The snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the snowmobile. This self-risk amount is a flat-rate of EUR 900 per driver / snowmobile / accident case, without exception or regards to the extent of the damage. If the customer purchases insurance from Wild Nordic for EUR 20 (subject to change as advised by Wild Nordic), then the maximum liability of the customer shall be reduced to EUR 150 per person.
Customers are highly encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance (which covers insurance for the activities to be participated);
If a customer suffers from illness or disabilities (such as heart disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, back or hip problems) that could affect his/her ability to take part in the activities or that she is pregnant, he/she shall prior to participating in the activities consult medical experts as to his/her suitability to participate in the activities. The customer shall acknowledge that he/she participate in the activities to be offered in the Services at his/her own risk in the case that he/she suffers from such illness or disability or pregnancy.
If a customer is recovering from any illness or the effects of alcohol and/or drug consumption or have recently had any major illnesses or surgery, Wild Nordic shall reserve the right to refuse the customer ́s participation based on safety concerns.
Wild Nordic shall not be responsible for any valuables of the customers left in the public area while participating in the activities.
Snowmobiles have 2 seats and all adults will be sharing snowmobiles unless booked as single drivers
Children will be sitting on a sleigh pulled by the guide's snowmobile

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Friendly and wonderful staff, especially The lovely Belen. Beautiful surrounding scenery, fun time in the big snow drips. Unexpected trip to the frozen river. They accommodated our wishes since we didn’t want to drive the snowmobile, so they provided us with a sleigh. We kept warm with their fantastic gear. Thank you from the bottom of our heart Belen.

Best snowmobiling trip!

We had the best experience with this tour company! Our tour guide was lovely and the scenery was absolutely beautiful! We had been put on our own trip due to the other trip being full so actually had a private trip. Would really recommend to anyone who is looking for a snowmobiling trip as they have small group numbers and lovely staff. Many thanks to our fabulous tour guide Ruben for giving us such a great morning!

Great trip out on the snow!

We had a great trip snowmobiling. From pick-up to drop-off, it was all really organised. Everything was explained to us and they supplied the warm outer clothes that ensured we didn't feel the cold. We went out to some open spaces and then into a forest, there were lots of opportunities to take photos and to play in some deep snow. The 2 hour trip was perfect for us. Our guide was good fun, supportive and really made our experience fantastic.

Nous avons fait 2 heures de motoneige avec le guide Joan. C'était génial, le guide était très sympa. il vous arrête a plusieurs point pour faire des photos mais ce sont 2 heures de conduite. Nous étions un petit groupe de 4 motoneige pour 2 personnes. Très belle s expérience, la forêt était magnifique avec tous les sapins enneigée. Merci à l'agence et à Joan.
