Please notice that this shuttle service is only available to a limited area in Los Cabos, in case that your hotel it is not available for shuttle purchase feel free to check our private transportation services. For any doubt on your pick up information please contact us at least 24 hours prior your tour depart. Shuttle service is not available for hotels located on Diamante Zone area such as Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu Hotel or Rancho Grand Solmar hotel, those are only available on private service.

We planned ahead based on the reviews, but it was very disappointing. We were not on the list, even though we showed the paid voucher. Wait for the driver was long. The ride was awkward since the driver kept telling us that he doesn’t work for the company, he works on commission only, basically asking for a generous tip. Claimed that he is doing us a favor paying from his own pocket the toll fee - to save us time. But when we called Gray Line costumer service, we were told that they are indeed taking care of all the fees and all the drivers are employees of the company. I wish I didn’t buy the round trip in advance - we would have taken an Uber back to the airport.

We signed up for the Beach Resorts shuttle. Instead of going to the beach hotels, the shuttle went first to Los CABOS hotels. It took 45 minutes to go on a drive that should have been 20 minutes at most.

Only had to wait about 10 minutes at the airport for Los Cabos Shuttle bus to pick us up and take us to our hotel even though our plane had arrived 45 minutes later than scheduled. Good to not feel like you’d been stranded at the airport especially in a different country.

The shuttle trip took 2 1/2 hours and that should have been communicated with us in the beginning. We were told that the resort was only a half an hour away so we assumed that would be the total time of the trip to the resort. We can understand that it took longer but in the event that we knew that we could have made other plans.

Gave a 2 because trip from airport to time share was smooth. Return not so much!! 9:15 am pick up for 12:20 departure. 2 passengers late and we waited an extra 10-15 minutes before leaving without the 2 passengers. Had two more stops that we were late for also. We arrived at the airport about 10:30 and the Airport was extremely busy at Southwest.

45 mins to get pur shuttle. Driver was non responsive. Ended up in mega van in back seat with no window view with total of 17 people and 5 stops before our resort. Not as expected per previous years experiences with Gray Line.
