They sent me a confirmation email saying my trip was booked, only to send me another one the day of travel saying they refunded me with no explanation why. I called and found out they don’t even offer the service that I booked.

You book a service for the same day at 12am. We sent you an email and a full refund 3 minutes after you book the transfer, because that time was not available. Next time try to plan your vacation better and with more time in advance. Thanks
