I had a text message waiting in my phone from Eric when I landed. He welcomed me to Puerto Rico and notified me of my baggage claim carousel and was waiting for me there. He was a thoughtful and knowledgeable driver who recommended many great things to do during my stay. The car was not a Tesla, but a luxury SUV, which I thought worked out even better.

Our drivers: John, Pierre & Eric were amazing. I did not get the name of our 4th driver as the second half of our group had later flights, so their departure shuttle was scheduled at a different time slot. Very helpful with our loading/unloading, patient, great music and arrived way before pickup times! Our shuttles had water available for us and were very spacious. Our trip consisted of 16 people total! We utilized 2 shuttle vans as we also had two infants with car seats/strollers on board. The booking price was beyond reasonable! The vehicles were clean & fresh! Be sure to book with them whenever you’re visiting Puerto Rico! Hope to see you guys next year (as Eric would say)! There’s so much more of PR to see. Much love, the Pinkney family!

Friendly driver. Safe ride. Car clean and well equipped. Cost would be only complaint. $25.00 late arrival. Plane landed at 11pm. Ride from airport to hotel almost $200.00 for less than 30 miles.

Driver did not greet us inside the airport at baggage claim, vehicle was not the Mercedes van we expected but although it was ok, it was a much smaller Chrysler. My party of 4 had to go out to general passenger curb side pick up out side and waited in the heat for about a half hour while the driver had to “go around again”. This was more of an Uber experience but at a first class car service price.

Pierre had excellent communication with me. He contacted me by both text and email, letting me know where he would be waiting to pick us up at the airport. He was very friendly and made our trip to the hotel comfortable. It would have been nice to be offered water though. After 10 hours of flying we were dehydrated. The negative of this company was the extra $25 fee that was required for arriving after 9:00 PM. When I reserved this, there was nothing mentioned about it. The only thing was that the regular fee was non-refundable. So after I made the booking, I could not cancel it. I would not have booked this knowing I would have to pay an additional $25!
