      This was my kids and I first time in Puerto Rico and we really enjoyed this outing on the Lagoon. It was peaceful and such a great experience.

      The water wasn’t pretty and blue like the picture and it was to hot to enjoy the bikes. I wish we could have gotten in the water to cool off.

      This is a complete scam. None of their equipment works. They tried to screw you out of getting a refund. They’re very pushy and disrespectful.

      There was unfortunately no experience. During the day I received messages saying they couldn’t accommodate the number of people we booked for because they only had 4 bikes and everyone else would have to pick something else. Then about an hour before the booked time We got a call saying they were closed and our excursion was cancelled. We weren’t able to book a back up so last minute.

      I felt very unsafe on it due to the fact that it was extremely rusty, the pedals were too loose where they were just turning without moving the equipment, I couldn't get anywhere, stayed in place by the edge where they put me on at and the attendants didn't stay to access, they just left everyone to fin for themselves and they didn't even seem to care at all, I shouldof received a refund back for faith equipment that didn't work

      Easy to find. It is a self guided tour which I found amazing! The water bikes were do much fun but they are definitely a work out lol! The guides were super nice and sweet! 10/20 would recommend definitely!

      Sebastian was the most amazing host. He explained everything in detail. Most of us couldn’t swim and he assured us we were safe. The view is breathtaking, calm bluish green water, and so relaxing

      The host! I’m not sure what his name was but he sits at the front! We had a great conversation he was very friendly honestly everyone there was amazing and helpful!!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for an adventure. My husband and I enjoyed the bikes. It wasn’t extremely exhausting, we seen many fish, turtles and manatees. My husband swore he seen a string ray lol it was so much fun if we had more time on the island I would go back!

      Online reservations were bogus. They didn't have enough equipment to accommodate a group of six. Which forced us to do other things. No one stays out to instruct you. They just put you in the water and your on your own. Moreover, they pushed our reservation back an hour.

      Great, novel experience! Booked quickly and easily, stored our belongings at the shop, great customer service and instructions, activity is not guided but you can pedal around a specified area on your own. It takes a minute to get used to the pedaling which feels a bit different than a regular bike (there’s not a lot of pressure and no gear adjustment, so you’re pedaling lightly and moving slowly, but it’s fun and relaxing and feels like a very light workout).
