  • At time of booking, passengers must provide airline and flight number and telephone number while abroad.
  • Since the pandemic, we can't have a greetings sign with your name on it. The driver will send you the pickup instruction and remain in the car until you call or text the driver with the column number.
  • It is very important that you answer calls and texts from the driver.
  • Extra stops or indirect routing are charged additional.
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We paid in advanced. Once we arrived at san juan airport at 1:30am the person who was supposed to pick us up never showed. We then had someone else from the same company was there to pick us but we had to paid for the ride because the transaction was with someone else. They tried calling the driver but were unsuccessful. I then tried calling the company I made the reservations with and the lady on the phone did everything she could but was unsuccessful. So she put in for reimbursement. I would not recommend this company

Y’all know traveling can be stressful. John helped minimize some of that stress 💕 John text me the night before our flight to prepare. He also text me when we arrived at the airport to give me shuttle details! The ride for comfortable and cold 😍😍😍😍 especially after getting through the airport. God bless & Thank you, John! You’re the best! I wish I could book him the entire the vacation 💕

Huge kudos to Joe! I was delayed and didn’t make my flight to San Juan but thanks to Joe’s excellent communication he was still able to pick up my companion at the scheduled time and even arranged a ride for me the next day. My experience was great. Michael was timely and even texted me the day before to confirm to provide me with his contact information. He tracked my flight and texted me to say he saw I landed and to let him know once I've collected my luggage. Then he had a sign with my name when I exited the airport. I ended up booking him to return to the airport as well and he was timely and ready upon my exit of the hotel. I definitely will recommend this company's service.
