Farm to Table with Chef Carolina

My sister and l were transported to an European garden and dining area. Chef Carolina served us herself, while explaining this farm-to-table experience, sharing stories about her life and adventures at Cordon Bleu all over the world and discussing other current topics. We were treated to fresh squeezed mandarin juice, a variety of homemade breads and jellies, cookies, croquettes, fresh greens, quince paste (my favorite), cheeses, crostini and a light almond torte. We are still glowing. Thank you, Chef Carolina

The food was as wonderful as the chef. After brunch she sat down and talked to us. She shared many experiences and her knowledge of food. If we are in Santa Fe again we will not only go to her brunch but we will stay at the hotel.

Carolina was an exceptional host! The setting is beautiful in a room full of windows situated in their beautiful garden. The food was delicious and unique. You could taste and feel the love she puts into the food. Her creativity is impeccable! The conversation was lovely as well. We highly recommend and plan to come back!

the venue which was a working bed and breakfast was exquisite. the host was very accommodating in that i was driving in from Albequerque and arrived late and he still allowed me to have the experience which was a wonderful brunch with all the fixings that made it unique and special. the property is gorgeous including the gardens that surrounded the breakfast room. would highly recommend

The property and table setting was beautiful. The food was high quality and tasted delicious and the presentation showed high attention to detail. The portions were small so the value comes from the quality of food and overall experience. I listed a couple of food restrictions on my reservation for me and a friend and the hosts did not seem aware until I mentioned it again at the table. Conversation was good and it was a pleasure sharing a meal with other travelers.

Tasty and Elegant Brunch

Carolina's brunch was a delight from start to finish. We loved the setting and her lovely property. Every course was memorable and delicious. And we enjoyed the walk to her location in lovely Santa Fe. Highly Recommended. Just note that this is a light brunch, elegantly served and not a buffet or hearty meal. We were satisfied, but not stuffed.

Memorable Foodie Experience

My wife and I enjoyed a Mexico city inspired brunch cooked by Chef Carolina and served by her husband, Emanuel. The food was delicious and truely a unique taste we weren't finding elsewhere in Santa Fe. Emanuel was very attentive and friendly, we spoke with him for about 30 minutes after our meal. Overall, it was a memorable experience and we plan to visit again if we're ever in Santa Fe.

This was our second visit and was quite disappointed. Our first visit set a very high standard. The food was great, unique and not high spicy as the recent one. The substitute chef was very attentive and made us feel very special . We will probably not return.

We had an amazing experience with Chef Carolina. The surrounding grounds and setting were beautiful. The food outstanding, fresh, homemade and organic; Chef Carolina even makes her own butter. Canceled, but not notified

I never got to experience the brunch! The booking was canceled and I was never notified. We arrived at the venue, only to be called by the chef and told it was canceled 3 days earlier. I am now trying to get a refund, but Viator can't seem to decide if it was in fact canceled. I'm very frustrated 😠

Delicious brunch

Beautiful location to have brunch and food was delicious and presentation was very nice. Carolina, the chef greeted us and explained the dishes as she served them. Only issue was at the end we were being charged again after paying through Viator but it was straightened out.
