- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We had a great time with Ed as our guide. He shared a lot of history of Santa Fe while taking us on a great ride throughout the city. We will definitely recommend this bike ride with Ed to our friends/family and would love to ride again next time we’re back.

We didn’t actually do this booked and paid for trip as I suffered chronic altitude sickness and did advise the tour company but no response from them

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and it was a fun experience overall. The bikes were very good. However, as an ebike owner myself, I know that with the bikes heavier weight, things like dismounting and starting from a dead stop take a little knowledge and technique, especially for riders with shorter legs.
I think it wise for them to have participants not just ride around the parking lot, but also practice the above with tips from the provider. A number of routes included traffic lights and stop signs. It is important to efficiently move forward quickly.

Bike tours are our favorite way to experience a new city and this tour did not disappoint! Anthony did a great job of keeping our group together and he showed us places that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. And he made some fantastic restaurant recommendations as well. The bikes were comfortable and easy to learn. No one was ever left behind! We highly recommended this tour if you are new to Santa Fe!

We’ve visited Santa Fe several times, but Travis showed us spots that we hadn’t seen before. He is a fountain of knowledge about Santa Fe history, and his enthusiasm for the area really shines through. He also prioritized our safety and communicated well as to upcoming lane changes, potholes, etc. the e-bikes we had were really high quality as well.
