We’re terribly sorry about this! We did reach out to you and have a conversation with you directly about the issue. Our booking system Fareharbor did not have a booking from TripAdvisor for your tour date. This unfortunately does happen sometimes if there is a lost connection between TripAdvisor and our booking software. We did offer for you to take one of our other tours or to take the tour you booked but for the next day which you declined. We did attempt to make things right, but you declined any action other than a refund.
