Wonderful Romantic Couples Experience!

This was a great couples experience! Very romantic sail, very good food, and a very upbeat and accommodating staff. It's a great way to get a different vantage point to see the city. They even delayed the launch an hour so we could catch the fireworks and light show on the beach from the water.

This was an ultimate experience. While not cheap, the staff and menu and add ons are phenomenal. The food was excellent and the music enhanced the ambience of the evening.

Amazing Sunset cruise

Phenomenal experience. The staff can not be more attentive, the atmosphere, the music, food, scenery.. you could not ask for more. Would definitely recommend booking up this once in a lifetime experience when In Singapore

Rude and Horrible Service.

I booked this to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday. I also specified birthday celebration. When on board, the waiter checked us in and asked me who is the birthday celebrant and I specify it’s a special birthday celebration for my mom. He told me he already noted down. When the birthday day songs was playing and the waiter/waitress brought out the cakes to the other tables, they missed our table. Until the end of the birthday song, my daughter went to the kitchen and asked where is our birthday cake, the waiter came to my table said YOU DID NOT ORDER THE CAKE!!!! OMG! I told him if I knew that we need to order the cake in order to celebrate we would do so, but no one mentioned about this at the time of check in. To make the matter worst, he asked “so do you want the cake or not? I can check with my manager”. Until the boat docked, NO ONE brings us even a birthday candle or came to our table to apologize. This is TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE, and ruined our birthday celebration! This venu is absurd and the whole experience is horrible.

After checking the booking and our reservation records, we note that a birthday cake was not ordered. I believe our staff did approach you and your sister to see if you wanted to purchase one, but you declined. We are so sorry that we don't provide complementary birthday cakes. Our reservations team do make this known when they call guests to check menu preferences prior to the event so we can pre-order the birthday cakes and prepare any other special requirements. Please be assured that we will use your feedback to improve our performance moving forward, as customer satisfaction is our highest priority along with safety. Birthday on a ship

It was the most memorable dinner I have ever had with my boyfriend. It was his birthday. The crew recommended the best seat for us. The effort put into the Halloween decorations deserves an applause. The food was beyond delicious and creatively plated. They even prepared a special card and birthday cake for my boyfriend. Such amazing crew and service. The ship was pretty stable so we didnt have sea sick. Overall experience 10/10!!! Will definitely go back again for a different theme. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience
