You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very disappointing.

We never made this tour. Directions to the pick up were messy. The bus was late. When he finally arrived he only spoke Korean. He didn't accept our ticket on my phone. Very disappointing. The instructions were not given correctly. Was told one thing and was supposed to do another. We have done many of these Hop on-Hop off tours in other foreign countries and NEVER had any problems before. Usually the guide goes beyond their duties.Felt like we were bothering him.
