In order to get discount you need to show your ID as proof of eligibility. Only original documents please, no photocopies or pictures of it allowed by the monument.
Closed on 1st and 6th of January, plus December the 25th. Restricted time tables on 24th and 31st December plus 5th of January.

Great tour with a knowledgeable tour guide unfortunately it is very crowded with numerous tours and general admission ticket personal but overall a worthwhile activity to do.

Good Skip the Line Experience

This was a true skip-the-line experience. The tour guide entrance had no line, while the public line was stretched around the block. Our guide was Rafeal, who considered himself a self-styled comedian as opposed to a tour guide of an important monument. The tour would have been more informative if we had spent more time on the cathedral itself and less time on jokes.

We had to wait for 45 minutes whilst technical issues were sorted in the office. This is not satisfactory. Our guide was taking some of thevgroup from the Cathedral to the Alcazar and was therefore very time restricted. Not satisfactory.

The cathedral was beautiful and Maria was very good. However both of our headsets did not work which ruined the tour. We tried to stay close to Maria so we could hear the explanations of what we were seeing. The tour company needs to invest in headsets that work. Disappointed!

Ismael was an excellent guide. Learnt so much from him. We got in easily (and there were long queues outside!) He gave us a full tour with a lot of relevant and interesting information. Best guide I have had. We were quite a few of us in the group but he managed to keep us all together .we went up the tower and around the cathedral. As it was semana Santa we also saw two floats which were beautiful. Would highly recommend this tour, rather than trying to visit yourself and ask for Ismael!

Good but maybe too large a group tour

Skip the line part is valuable especially during the Holy Week. However, 30 people group is too large even with an earbud when going from room to room and not always seeing where the tour guide was pointing to. Our particular tour also was delayed for around 10 minutes (in chilly rain) as the operator was waiting for more walk-ins to fill up the slots. It’s also a bit rush going from spot to spot. I highly recommend smaller size groups (no more than 10 people) and there is a reasonable amount of interaction possible. The English is so so.

Very Disorganised & chaotic

The place Naturanda on Franco street where we hv to go and register and get our tickets etc is the MOST disorganised, crazy mess.. they drove everyone crazy! Staff has no idea what they r doing v rude so much chaos it was unbelievable!!!! Wrong guides assigned to ppl .. no proper queue no system ppl all over each other it was madness!! So much delay because of all this! Never ever again !!!

Horrible experience. My family of six was at the meeting place 15 mins early as directed but we waited over a half an hour before leaving on the tour only to get to the cathedral and our tour guide didn’t have the tickets. In all fairness, it didn’t seem to be her fault but the travel business that was managing the tour. They clearly gave preference to their own tours. Two of the six of us had headsets that didn’t work. We literally raced through the cathedral and learned nothing. At one point our guide was moving so quickly that our family got separated for 15 mins or so and couldn’t find one another!? Despite flying through, the tour went well past its end time making us late to for everything else including our rental car Puc up (my husband had to call the rental car company multiple times from the cathedral to make sure they would hold our car) and we got in to our next destination super late which is never ideal! Worst, most expensive tour we’ve ever had! Unimpressed Viator!

The tour company is a “big” one for Seville but they had one person checking in all of the tours that started at the same time, which took forever. Then, the group we were in was clearly a last minute one as the tour guide was unprepared. Our tour was supposed to start at 1300 but we did not even get into the church until 1345 because they had to wait for someone to bring the guide the tickets. Then, the guide walked us over to the tower to have us go up. She did not go up with us and we all stood in line for the tower for another 45 minutes. Which meant that our 1.5 hour tour was basically spent standing in long lines with no guide providing any information. At 1445, the tour then began and the guide walked us around the cathedral giving no directions and little information. At times, most of the group was trying to figure out where the guide was even at. And most of the information that the guide provided was basic as if they didn’t even know anything. “This chapel has a big painting.” “This chapel has a statue of Jesus on the cross.” “Here is a big room, it is the most beautiful.” I would not recommend this. A complete waste of money, you would have the same experience just buying your own ticket and walking around yourself. I was jealous of the people who had the church audioguides as they seemed to have much more information than anything we received.
