Clean car. Driver was on time. The entire experience was seamless and given that navigating China is difficult if you don't know the Chinese language. No apps in English for ride shares. Viator was vital on this trip, and it all worked out well.

Our driver arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early, bustled us and our luggage into the lovely vehicle and off to the airport. Even though we were right during the early morning rush hour traffic we had nearly clear sailing to the airport from the hotel. Driver was gracious and professional. Fresh new bottles of water were at our seats as well. It was such a relief to see our driver be right on time and no issues in getting to the airport some 40 plus miles away. I trust Viator to see that we have great tour operators.

Great service and on time for the hotel pick up which is very convenient. Again a smooth ride of one hour back to the airport, the easiest way and most reasonably priced transfer available. They use nice cars!!

Excellent service when the driver shows up ....but even when you are arriving with a delayed flight they will make arrangements to come and pick you up!! Great smooth ride into town past all the incredible new developments in the Pudong area, a quick 50 minute ride to the center of town!

Realmente muito prático utilizar esse meio de transporte. Como chegamos de madrugada, o metrô não funciona e tudo é longe em Shangai, o ideal é tomar um transfer. O motorista foi muito simpático e prestativo.
