- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

None as guide did not turn up and tickets were sent by email at 2.30 am on day of trip .

Friendly driver and prompt response from the travel agent. I had some issues with the 4D passes and she solved it immediately for me. The tour guide on the Sentosa Bus Island Trip was so lovely and filled with knowledge about Sentosa. She was amazing and a pleasure to have as our tour guide on the day. She recommended so many things to do and was so helpful!
Highly recommend this trip, and one thing to note your cable sky-pass entitles you to have both cable rides on MT Fabier and Sentosa and back!

From the cable cars to the bus tour it was a wonderful day fully recommend this tour the bus guide was great showed us all around the island and was very informative and friendly

Well organized and friendly. Our guide was informative and easy to understand. We had a great day. He all gave us intructions on how to get back using public transport which we did.

This is the first time we were very disappointed with a Viator offered activity. First ... we only found out after payment that the cost of the tour was in US dollars. Second ... The advertising did not match the reality. We thought we were on a guided tour. In reality we were collected from our hotel as organised but then the driver had no idea of what we were to do when dropped off on Sentosa Island. We arrived on the island before 9am and nothing opened until 10am ... a wasted hour with no indication of what we should or could be doing. We did have a guide for a 2 hour bus tour (a product sold at the Sentosa Ticketing office) and thankfully he then explained what we might do after the bus tour. Advertising indicated we would travel to Sentosa by cablecar ... we were not told the Mt Faber Cablecar was closed for maintenance. This tour is called "Morning Adventures @ Sentosa" but the 4D Adventureland activity we paid for did not open until midday ... we had a plane to catch which is why we took a "morning" tour, so we could not do the 4D Adventure. There was a lack of information that left us very frustrated and thinking we had paid way too much money for a tour we could have organised ourself at much less cost. We would strongly recommend Viator question the tour provider both around pricing and description of the tour.

Communication was awful has to chase for tickets. Driver arrived to take us to the wrong place. Finally got to the cable car which was good. Local bus tour around the island was fab. But then felt stranded as no instructions to get back ended up having to get on a bus, mono Raul and mrt train. Save your money and make your own way there don't bother with this tour.

Cable car and guides help. The whole island is beautiful and an interesting history. Lots of options of things to do.

WE were picke dupo from our hotel as promised. the driver had another couple to pick up at a different hotel, but got lost goin there. We went round in circles in the Singapore CBD whilst the driver looked at his phone trying to work out where to.
When we got to Mt Faber (the iitial toru starting point) the operator would not recognise my voucher and she had to downlaod tickets for all aspects of the tour. The mSky gondola to Sentosa was good. The bus tour of Sentosa was good. The 4d adventure was very ordinary. Not having a transfer back to our hotel built in to the tour was an issue - we couldn't gate a taxi and ended up catching the bus. If you want to do this tour you can do it directly - do NOT go through Viator.

Viator not a good company.
Driver were late for pick up!!!!
Spend so much time messaging the company we were unable to download our tickets ( numerous times ).
Tickets pdf will not download, just a horrible experience.
We were not able to do “4D”… tickets will not download.
Replies on messages are too slow.
Horrible company to do business with….
Never again Viator!!!
