Lounge was at full capacity and could not get a seat. Sat in dining area selection of food was not great . Disappointed with the lounge . We paid good money for a poor service

Over priced, for what you get to much lightning in the resting area seat we’re uncomfortable definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. In fact already told my travelling friends not to go there.

The easy arm chairs and foot stool made it so comfortable and easy to catnap The food provide was enough and there was a choice of something light or a heavier meal. I loved having an option of fresh fruit. And the price was a great deal.. thank-you .

The lounge was somewhat overcrowded, and the selection of food dismal! The salad bar was basically tinned food, certainly should try harder. Bathroom ran out of soap and loo paper.

Meals were pretty good, a good variety a day few options to chose from, I was able to add on shower which was not available in the online booking. There was a 12 hour gap between my flight, I would prefer to have a place to have a few hours nap, would have been helpful

There was no memorable moment, I'm sorry to say it was hard work trying to get a drink. They only provided beer or wine. The wine was a cheap variety and they couldn't even fill up a half pint glass of Tiger lager. The food wasn't great variety. Lots of noodles. Only meat to go with any salad was a round thin chicken and cheese slices. In my opinion not worth what was paid

I got this voucher for my husband who is now in India on a holiday, but had a layover of 9hrs. He managed to get a chair near the eindow and enjoyed watching the planes landing and taking off. He enjoyed eating his beef rendang and rice and soft drinks and coffee, so I was glad that I got him the voucher

Nice to relax between long flights, however the chairs are uncomfortable. Did not expect the free buffet and bar. Very welcoming.

Choice of food terrible. Ended up with just cucumber sticks, a piece of lettuce sweetcorn and beans along with a cup if coffee. $12 Singapore dollars for a single G&T!! Wouldn't go here again

This was a horrible place such a waste of money. When I arrived they couldn’t work out how to process my voucher. Eventually getting in I find the place full to the rafters barely a single seat left. After a few hours a lounge/couch single seat opened and I settled into the unbearable heat (likely due to insufficient ventilation for this number of people). The ladies toilets very in very bad shape. With overflowing stinky bins. Then when I went to close a toilet seat before flushing I find there is blood all over the top of the seat. I ended up leaving early and camped on the floor outside my boarding gate. I should have done this sooner.
